-- Updated review 8-21-19 -- Very disappointed with some of the staff here. I went in to get coffee and a treat for my son. Some of the staff had an attitude which made it seem like they rather poke their eyes with rusty nails instead of work there.
Maybe they were having a bad day, and in fact, that could have been the case because there was a major water leak coming down near the registers. Sh*t happens, I know.
The real issue happened when the supervisor appoached me a bit confrontational and told me I wasn't allowed to take pictures and I should move on. I was photographing some of the displays and just stuff around the store.
I ended up contacting corporate and they confirmed there is no such policy, in fact they welcome non-commercial photgraphy for stuff like reviews on social media, etc.
As my previous review points out (see below), this store lacks understanding of customer service and the staff is not trained well. I've never been told that before from any other store, and in fact it is NOT a policy.

--original review 3+ years ago -- This is a fine store, but I think it could use a little bit of improvement. My order comes out wrong maybe 1 out of 5 times. They're really nice about it and usually remake the drink, but this shouldn't even be an issue.
The place is nice and most of the time it's really clean. My suggestion to Startbucks would be to switch employees with other high-performing stores so they can cross train each other. I think this store could use some tips and training from other high-volume...

Arrived at 11:06, waited for awhile & finally had to ask if they had an order for me. Meanwhile I have a baby screaming in the stroller. No one seemed to have any urgency nor was anyone asking if people waiting needed help. I was watching a girl place orders in front of her & there didn't seem to be any logical sequence for which orders were worked on. After finally getting one of my two drinks, I had to tell them there was a second one. I finally walked out of there at 11:20. 25 minutes for 2 drinks and chickpea bites (which require no heating up). No one said they're sorry for the wait & honestly did not seem to care one bit about the customers. The owner of this location really needs to work with the kids on customer service and work flow. One time when I came here for my Carmel Ribbon Crunch Frappuccino they told me they had no FRAPPUCCINO syrup left. Like excuse me how can you not have Frappuccino syrup??? 90% of your costumers order Frappuccino. I also really needed to pee right there but their bathroom was out of order.
