The chain is located close to my house, so I go there regularly. For a long time I get inedible chips!!!! Not fresh!! My child vomited and had stomach upset a few times. There were many times when I asked to change and get a fresh one, they told me to wait and they would bring me a fresh one. Unfortunately, even the fresh, as the manager claims to bring, was not fresh. One of the times I ordered and received it was not fresh, I told the employee to taste it after he argued with me that the food was fresh and he told me he shouldn't. I asked him why you are not allowed to taste if it is fresh and edible I will pay for it. And he answered me that he didn't like it. The manager also argued with me a number of times. After a few days, one of the workers laughed at me for complaining again that the food was not fresh. And I also complained to the manager that my child vomited and had stomach upset twice. Today I once again went after a month of not being in the branch because my child asked for chips. I received cold, not fresh chips with a spoiled taste. I came back and asked to change. They told me to wait outside for them to bring me a new one. They let me wait 20 minutes, finally I went down to ask what about the food. They gave it to me and when I got to the restaurant the food was thrown in the trash because of course they made fun of me and it wasn't fresh and my child threw it up. I have pictures of the workers' place. There are other customers who complain about the food, the freshness and the manager. I demand that a McDonald's executive contact and deal with this issue because these are children and human beings and it can cause damage!!!! Eating unfresh food is dangerous. You are a network of years and a quality network. If I need to reach more people and more places, I will do it!!! I won't let more people get hurt. Read moreFor the fifth time, they didn’t get our order right at all. Not only that, it came out lukewarm.....again! I have have no problem giving second or third chances, but after going there the fourth or fifth time out of convienance, nothing has changed. I have no problem at the other two McDonald’s I go to, which are 4 and 8 miles away from me. I need to let you know because the quality control is horrendous at this location. After looking this place up on google and yelp, turns out I’m not the only one. I live 100 yards away from this location, and it’s a shame I have to drive and extra 4 or 8 miles to get quality McDonald’s when there’s there’s litterally one next door to me. Get it together McDonalds. There’s a cultural shift for people to eat healthier these days. The least you can do is provide good service and quality food when people like me feel like eating bad. Or just keep doing what you’re doing and watch your profits and stocks continue to dwindle, because I’d rather eat raw arugula than withstand your lukewarm burgers, assembled by those who clearely have no pride in their work.

On 05/10, I went through the drive-thru to pick up a sundae I ordered. I gave my order number, and they pulled it up correctly. When I got to the window, I was on the phone and admittedly distracted, so I didn’t double-check the bag before driving off. Once I pulled over, I realized it was the wrong order, so I went back through the drive-thru to get it corrected.
When I got back to the second window, the employee I interacted with was incredibly rude and hostile. Instead of helping resolve the issue calmly, she kept repeating, “I asked you if this was your order,” as if that excused the mix-up. I even apologized and explained that I was distracted, but she showed zero empathy. She snatched the wrong order from me and practically threw the correct one back with a scowl — no apology, no accountability.
If this location thinks that’s acceptable service, they’ve lost a customer for good. I don’t have any faith that management will do anything about it, which is why I’m posting this review and warning others. If you value respectful service, go...
