Parking out front and easy access. The quantity is so insane, this should count as a meal. Seems like gourmet/higher end boba place. Would definitely recommend but will strongly advice on checking the sugar levels. T to Tea is my favorite boba shop and I am so glad they opened their second location here in Irvine. Same great quality as Arcadia and this location accepts online AND walk-in orders!

I got the seasonal black sesame latte and it is soooo good! Everything is made fresh and you can definitely taste the care they put into each drink. This latte comes with milk pudding but I'm sure it'd taste amazing with boba too.
