Church's Texas Chicken — Restaurant in Irving

Don't go here the owner or manager is very rude . they make a mistake and they don't want to make it right. I stopped by on my way home and used a coupon for the 7 piece mix and a large side and 4 biscuits. And i added a large okra and macaroni and cheese and two more biscuits came out to 1641 and when I got home I did not have my whole order and they gave me two small macaroni and cheese has no butter mashed potatoes and gravy and when I tried to call back up there they were already closed so I called the that following day and the lady told me to call back and talk to the manager and he would be there on Sunday I ordered place my order on Friday and I called back Saturday morning and the lady said call back Sunday with the manager was going to be there and the manager just basically told me I was going to give you what your receipt says but that's not what I ordered so I used to go there a lot I will be finding a better one because if you make a mistake I mean corrected it was pouring down rain and I know what I ordered but maybe if he wasn't so busy over-talking me while I was trying to place my order at the window because if you have a coupon they require you drive to the window is to have been just ringing it up back there at the actual speaker so I would not recommend this place because if you don't have if you don't make sure you check your order before you drive off nine times out of 10 you're not going to get your stuff so I would not recommend this and I will. I've already said I will no longer be going back because I have dealt with them for years but for some reason the manager doesn't want to recoup what do you suppose what I ordered so do not go here unless you plan on...

I WANT TO LET YOU KNOW OF THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE I HAD TODAY AT THIS LOCATION, I took my 5 yr old daughter to get chicken tenders and I ordered a 5 piece regular combo in the drive thru. When we got home and she is at the kitchen table ready to eat she discovers the chicken is spicy and there is only 4 small pieces so she cuts the tenders to see if they are all spicy and see if she can eat them, too spicy she can't. I get my receipt and started calling to let them know and see if I can come by and get the correct ones, PHONES RINGS AND RINGS AND NO ANSWER. so I decided to drive back because obviously they are not going to pick up the phone. When I get there am assuming the manager/owner (no uniform) asks me what I need then I tell him and give him the box, he opened it and says "mama half of the chicken is gone" he made me so mad because basically he is being cheap and trying to say I was lying. I told him "no sir, my daughter cut the chicken because it is for her" at which my daughter tell him "yes I cut it" then he just told the other employees to get another box ready and throws away the old box. I just want you to be aware and check your order before you leave the restaurant otherwise they are going to...

So first things first I wasted 20 to 30min of my time to end up with no meal. I pulled up and no one answers to take my order in drive thru I pull around and a car is there waiting for their order which takes 15 to 20min. I get to the window and asked if the speaker is messed up. With a n attitude he said that he did answer me but I didn't hear him and then asks well what did you want to order so I let him know just wanted chicken sandwich meal and order if biscuits. Then proceeds to tell me he has no biscuits, I am already angry that spent all this time waiting to even order to not have biscuits so I just told the gentlemen to have a good day and drove off the absolute worst I guess I was an inconvenience to come and order my food here will never come to church's again this...
