Fruta Xpress — Restaurant in Irving

I've been a loyal customer, visiting this place 2-3 times a month even after moving 30 minutes away. Their mangonadas were my go-to, but after today, I'm done. I bought three mangonadas for my family, and one fell apart just ten steps inside the place, before even getting to the door. The staff saw it happen. I cleaned up the mess, assuming they'd replace it since they started making one when they saw it drop. Instead, they gave it to someone else. When I asked for a replacement, they acted shocked and annoyed. They took over 20 minutes to make the initial order, which I understood since it was a weekend. But then, they told me they'd have to charge me again for the dropped one after consulting the owner/ manager. My husband and I decided to leave. I came here recently with one of my friends. I went in with pretty modest expectations, but, the exceptional service blew me away. The store is super clean and the staff are very friendly.
