Golden Chick — Restaurant in Irving

Hello I went too this location because the one young lady that work there big girl with glasses was very nice too me and my Son it was bout too close that night .I don't know her name but she's always greet you with a smile .so this time I went back on 10 /25/24about 7 maybe close too 8pm.i order fish and orka and a small container of mash potatoes with gravey.this other big girl with these very thick eyelash wash very rude her customer sevice sucked and the one who gave her my order didn't get it right I thought I was getting 2 whole fish too my surprise I got fish strips and now if it say 2 peace catfish meal why did I only get 3 strips instead of 4 and the I ask the girl with the big eyelashes for the small container with mashed potatoes with gravey in a separate container she put the potatoes in with my food and the gravey by itself did going too tell me if I wanted separate I should of ask for it too be separate .I told her nicely i did then she get attitude start speaking Spanish too the other lady talking about me .and how I wanted it separate got mad and gave me very cold food .I dont know what her problem was what ever she's going through her work place is not the place too treat paying customers the way she did me and I also ask for some spicy packets she snap at me and said we don't have anymore didn't even take the time too look . I'm going back but her I never want her too fix nothing for me ever again now the nice one that was at the drive through window she has classes and very respectful and always smiling. I will see if I can share a picture I took before eating it .but I can share it with the Supervisor. When I return there they should be very careful how they treat people because it could very well be someone coming too check how good there customer service and people skills are and checking out the complaints made from this location. • Warning: if the drive thru line is long your order WILL be messed up* I hate having to rate so low because I love golden chick and this is the only location near me. But everytime, I order something is wrong. Usually it's something small like not getting the extra sauce I paid for, or not getting the roll with the tender combo. Normally, I don't mind it because this location gets busy in the drive thru and the workers are doing their best. But I just ordered from here after getting off work and my order was all wrong. I ordered 8 tenders and only got 6. I asked for half spicy and half regular but all the tenders are spicy. Even worse the roll wasn't even fully cooked! It was doughy in the middle and too flat to be considered a roll. I paid 18 dollars for this meal and I feel like I got ripped off. This is just the straw the broke the camel's back for me. The food here is awesome and keeps me coming back. The staff is always friendly and efficient on counter service (and drive through) but they have issues actually cooking enough product to meet demand; or worse yet in advance online orders. The sparse dining area is clean and functional but usually has more people waiting for orders than diners. Parking is hit and miss. 2 regular spots and 2 disabled spots by the front door. Rude normal drivers often often park in the disabled spots. There is plenty of parking down the side of the building for decent folk. On a recent online order for Golden Roast pickup was scheduled for 30 minutes from the order time, not ASAP, on the app. Upon arriving 32 minutes later, the order was "cooking" and needed '15 more minutes". 35 minutes later it was finally ready to go. This is a level of service that is unacceptable, and why they get only every other month visits. The food is great, and worth weekly rotation; but until the service catches up it's...
