I had a horrible experience at this clothing store, and I feel compelled to share my frustration. Twice now, I’ve been misled by staff regarding pricing, and the lack of professionalism is absolutely appalling.

Just yesterday, I asked one of the staff members about the price of a saree. Instead of checking, she just randomly gave me a price. After looking closer, I found the actual price tag on the saree and pointed it out to her. If I had agreed to her price, I would have paid more than necessary! This isn’t the kind of service I expect when I’m shopping.

But that’s not all. Last month, I tried to purchase a dress I really liked, only for the same staff member to tell me that the price tag was incorrect and she couldn’t sell it to me at that price. Mistakes happen, I get that, but the way they handled it was appalling. Instead of apologizing or offering a solution, she just said "we can’t sell it to you" without any effort to resolve the issue or offer any alternatives. No attempt to salvage the sale, no apology. It felt like they didn’t care about my business at all.

As a regular customer, I’m incredibly disappointed. It’s not even about the pricing mistakes—those are understandable—but it’s the complete lack of professionalism and customer service. I felt completely dismissed, and frankly, it feels like I’ve been scammed by their careless staff. I’ve spent a lot of money here in the past, but now I’m questioning whether I’ll ever return. She was so so kind, and helped us find some beautiful pieces for our upcoming weddings.
