Jack in the Box — Restaurant in Irving

I am so blessed to have this opportunity to let the public know how my experiences was at Jack In The Box. Well I usually don't stop for breakfast for my husband I usually cook him big meals especially breakfast. Well since it was Saturday morning I just asked him will he excuse me for not cooking his King breakfast I guess I just want to be a little lazy I guess I just didn't want to cook no breakfast. Those who don't know what King breakfast is I guess I am going to take you way back when my grandfather and grandmother was here on this Earth. Grits that also toast, bacon, sausage, oatmeal, scrambled eggs, pancakes, homemade biscuits from scratch and homemade preserves and much much more. My husband don't like a bowl of cereals and milk he think that's very lazy of a wife or girlfriend. Let me please continue on so we stopped in the Drive-Thru and Order a little breakfast he was okay for a moment I ordered some of these very little new tacos that they have they are so cute and tiny was so good. If you haven't had any of them yet you should try them especially on the weekend if you have movie Nights like on Friday night or Saturday night they will be so good. Let me tell you what they have they have them 5 for a dollar and also they have 25 of them for $5 they put it in a little cutie pie box what's a little dipping sauce and the way the boxes made it remind you of the movies you know how like you go inside the movie theater and you go up to the popcorn stand and they put it sometime in a little box have your little soda on the side these boxes made similar to that. Like I said you can't go wrong the way they taste they so crispy with a little crunch. I better stop right I'm making you hungry huh. I just love life that's all and I love to tell my experiences at different places that we go to each and every day of Our Lives. I think it's very important to help one another what you think? I just think it's very important as a customers at different places that we come in contact and the public should know our experiences. I'm not doing this because of trying to make myself look good or sound good as a child of God I like being truthful to the public and I like to be fair with one another I think you should get it back also tell how these hard-working people are doing and their company. It is some really fantastic and terrific people that is working each and every day that they can and they are scheduled to work they are doing a terrific job. Sometime I even sit back and sit down and just really focus on these people with a very sweets attitudes. Every now and then I come in contact with one or two bad attitude person. I tried not to let those kind of people steal my joy as a child of God. And I really do enjoy myself when I'm out and about in the public I have met some really terrific people just by being out in the public. To these stores that I have witness to what they are doing for the company of Jack in the Box the restaurant at Royal Lane, off of 183 in Irving, in Carrollton on Josey and George Bush, Frankford and the tollway to all I am so proud of your dedication to this company may God continue on blessing this company and also the people that work so hard to satisfy customers each and every day of their lives. As a child of God I will always speak up and tell the truth about hard-working people like yourself I think you should be known that you work so hard and other people are watching you the work that you have been doing thank you so much for satisfying a customer like myself and others if I can say. Me and my boyfriend are down here for a work trip. Last night at around 11:42 we tried to go and get tacos from this establishment. It was pretty good up until we got to the window. She scanned his card once and it didn’t go through which is fine and normal. That stuff happens. So we scanned it again for her and this time the money was removed from our bank account. Yet she sat there for like 8 minutes clicking around on things while our food sat on the side getting cold. Again we were patient. But then she tried to charge us again and we politely told her that you guys already charged us and she very rudely told me no. No we didn’t. So we showed her and she was like no I didn’t. Mind you we had the time stamp and location with the charge showing on the screen which she barely even glanced at. So I told her that she could just refund us and we could go home if she wasn’t going to give us our food. She said refund you for what again very rudely and I began to get a little frustrated because we just showed her for what. So I understood she wasn’t able to explain very well so I asked for the manager? Whoever the other lady was that was there last night. The lady told me no and when I started to voice how frustrated I was that I either wanted the tacos or the refund she told me give her a second please calm down as if I was disrespecting her. She slammed the window in our face. I watched her tell the manager her side and the manger came to the window already repeating what the lady told us. She didn’t inspect the system to see if the order was charged she just started telling us that our bank will give it back tomorrow. Which again if that’s the last of my money and you guys took it. Then why couldn’t we get our food which by this time is cold and nasty because how long this interaction took. So I showed the manager the picture of where I was charged and told her that if it went through then we either get our tacos or a refund because we don’t have anymore money to give. She also begin telling me no. It wasn’t until I refused to move that she began talking in Spanish which I don’t think she knew I understood and told the other woman to give us the tacos so we can leave again with attitude. So our food which is now cold and soggy was given to us. No sauce no napkins no apologies. Just attitude. It was disrespectful and it is now the next day and it still shows I was charged...

Thursday, may 30th 2019, a freind and I ordered through the drive through a "Chicken Pita " and a water.Simple! Not the meal. As my freind drove off I checked my meal and inside I found what looked like a smashed up pits. It looked as if it was dropped on its end and wrinkled like an acordian. I couldn't tell what it was supposed to be. So, I went inside ,and a manager was working the register. She was professional. I think it was between 12 and 3 PM. Well, I showed her what I had and she confronted the female cook/food prepper and ordered her to make another. The cook /prepper was bothered because of it and gave the manager an attitude. This made me nervous because I felt she was going to mistreat my food at this point. I was watching her make it and by her body language I can tell she was mad. She tossed the Pita bread into the microwave like a bean bag. Then when she got the pits out, she prepared it and wrapped it quickly then tossed it on the food ready shelf like a frisbee. As she did this she said,in spanish,"hay esta!". Which translates to "there it is!" Only in spanish culture when you say it with a rude tone it means something like, " here's your damn food". I couldn't believe the disrespect she had towards me as a customer and the manager. I feel that the manager is either influenced by her or not tough enough. It was a bad experience for me because I didnt trust what was in the food. I was happy when I got there and left mad. If she does not like the business she works in, she should not be working there.
