First thing first. kiosk didnāt print receipt. Got my food, and re checked the food with the manager -Iām guessing that was she. We checked the food in the counter pick up and we realized we had missing 1mchicken. she gave it to us..also got the receipt this time. So I headed to our seats to dine in.
You know everything was Checked and everything seem fine.
We had gotten 2 double cheeseburger and 1 triple chesse that are in (white/blue wrapping) and 2 mcchickens (yellow wrapping)
To then realize, we had a chicken sandwich in one of the wrappings that are white/blue. WHICH That explained the missing MCCHIKEN But now Iām missing the triple cheeseburger. So
I Went to the counter to tell the same manager, and she really was very rude by not even listening to what Iām saying. I tried to explain TO her that ONE OF THEM SEEM TO BE A 3xCHEESEBURGER when really it had a CHICKEN SANDWICH. Tried explain to her that 4 TIMES.- and she kept yapping and yapping that we checked it with her and that we check it together and I said , I know we did but we missed that one because like I tried to explain to her A MCCHIKEN WAS INSIDE A WHITE/BLUE WRAPPING but , like I said, she didnāt listen. She Just kept raising her voice at me as I tried to explain continuously.
She just Kept yapping and yapping about it and walked to her little screen thing and made another order of a triple cheeseburger. i can say I appreciate it but not really- do not appreciate the way she acted about it. very unprofessional Iāve worked a McDonaldās before as a crew member. thatās not a good way to handle such situation. When you work customer service, your supposed to listen to the customer,- if you donāt. Thatās where trouble starts everyone gets mad. You get mad I get mad. Luckily I work customer service, and know how to treat people the right way and understand people.
You should work on listening more, rather than working on...

It was a couple of cheeseburgers and some chicken nuggets with fries. The fries were hot, but the nuggets were not. The cheeseburgers were really salty. I ordered my food on the app, and it offered table service. When you get to the restaurant, you pick a table, and then enter your table number. They're supposed to bring your food to the table. They called out my order, and I had to go get it at the counter. Twice, because I had forgotten to order apple pies. It's not a big deal, but dont offer a service you aren't going to honor. They don't have a drink fountain in the lobby, so you have to wait for someone to peak around the corner to get a refill because it seems that they focus more on the drive thru traffic instead of the dine in costumers! When you ask for a refill, they give you a new cup each time. I figured that they were trying to save money by not having the drinks in the lobby, but giving you a new cup each time you request a refill is costly and really wasteful! I don't think I'll be coming back to this McDonald's. I'll drive to the other side of town for better customer service and...

They almost tasted like they had been refried! I attempted to contact the store on many occasions since receiving this order and NO ONE seems to know how to answer the business phone, but Iām sure If it were their cell phone, they would answer it immediately! I came in with my sister to see why I couldnāt reach anyone and they were not busy! I saw numbers employees on their cells⦠either texting or calls! I even called the store and heard the phone ringing. Clearly being ignored! I couldnāt even find a clean place to sit. I asked if a manager was available and was informed that the current manager was busy. When asked why I needed the manager. I explained the missing item and the food issue, I was told I would need to come in the morning and speak with someone! Wow!! Didnāt ask name or nothing!
