McDonald's — Restaurant in Irving

My advice here is to go thru the drive thru.The food is standard Micky D's fare and the employees are nice enough but don't go inside. I went today and it was one of the most jarring experiences of any restaurant I've ever been to. First of all the kids Playroom, which in other Mcdonalds I've been to is an actual room with a door that closes to keep the noise in, is different here. The playroom spills right out into the lobby, so the little screaming darlings have run of the entire store. I lost count of how many of them ran thru the line of waiting customers on their way to and fro. Then there's the incredible racket from the equipment behind the counter. I've never heard so many beeping, ringing machines in my life. Couple that with the kid noise and it sets your teeth on edge. The line was long to place your order, longer to pick it up and there was an impromptu third line that formed of people bringing their wrong orders back. I finally gave up after waiting for my order for 15 minutes and left. Again, the employees are nice enough but this is one of those examples of a business that needs a remodel. Redo the restaurant with a distinct Playroom separate from the rest of the space, hire some more employees and get things more efficient. Like I said, go thru...

This morning I stopped by to pick up an order I made on McDonald's app and had the code that been paid for. For some reason the system wasn't working so I got there @9:28am they tell me sorry we didn't get your order and stop serving breakfast. First of all I haven't had any coffee and have 3kids sick at home.Luckily,I had patience I spoke to the manager with respect and guess what?! She fixed the issue quick!! If you don't snap and start treating employees with respect and don't raise your voice they'll help you. I've seen videos how customers be treating employees @McDonald's and other fast food places,so sad😢. Folks before getting hangry take a deep breath and talk right. Anyways, The Hispanic manager knew what she was doing so proud of her !! Forgot to get her name😫 Breakfast was fresh,the lines were moving quick.Forgot to mention they rebuilt the building so everything is new and have cute tables outside in the front. (Part 15 bc everytime I come here they mess something up) got pulled forward, while they cleared the whole line (I had 2 value meals very simple order very little food) after clearing the drive through TWICE they bring me my food and it’s missing fries. Had to park, go in and wait for them to get me more fries. This place is a joke, constant waiting for your order to still be wrong. This happens every time, they are genuinely consistently TERRIBLE. For the love of God order at one of the other 2 McDonald’s close by this place is a waste of time and money. (Original review) Love when you do curbside, you wait 5 mins then they say they’re bringing you your food and you still have to wait another 10+ minutes and then one of your drinks has been sitting so long all of the ice has melted.
