As a long time customer of pizza hut, I was very disappointed with the customer service/racial insults of an employee by the name ARMANDO over. the phone on 08/14/2022 at 9:20pm. After waiting well over an hour for our food, my husband called to check on the status of our food & the employee by the name ARMANDO answered & was bothered by our call to check on the pizza, when we requested his name he said Armando you should know because you are a dirty Mexican . I was appalled and told him that I was Peruvian and I would no longer need the pizza & would be filing a complaint. He began to tell me it didn't matter, he said to go in person to the store to confront him. This has left us very shocked up & scared to be honest considering he knows our address & made such insulting remarks.. PLEASE make sure to ensure quality service as well as customer service as pizza huts #1priority. When it comes to training employees . We just ordered from this location a second time. Our pizzas weren't as ordered. It was the weekend; it happens, but the mistakes on both pizzas were worth being very disappointed about. So, we called... The manager was very busy, but VERY kind & thorough in trying to rectify & deliver fresh, delicious corrections to our door. One pizza still had one minor mistake (which we did NOT fuss over!).
Everyone has an off day, but what matters most is how an establishment handles customers - especially when bad days happen. I won't take away even a fraction of my 5 stars for this location. Staff & management have been wonderful and when our order is correct, it's downright PERFECT. In fact, I think we'll be ordering from them again later today. I made myself hungry...

I called the store and apologized for calling because I know theyâre busy, but I wanted to let them know the situation and see if anything could be done. Armando answered and was very rude with me. When I told him the condition of the pizza he said âthe pizza wasnât folded in halfâ and âwow Iâve never heard that one beforeâ. Then when I gave him the phone number, he got it wrong three times and got mad when I tried to correct him.
