Subway — Restaurant in Irving

I went to sub way and I had the WORST experience there in my life I was ignored when I first walked in I didn’t get recognized until I said something then this white tall lady came to me and took off her AirPods and asked in a rudely tone what I wanted I proceeded to order my toppings and as she was putting them on my sandwich she kept throwing them on the sandwich and pieces of the toppings kept falling out I asked her to put them on nicely so she doesn’t make a mess but she said there’s nothing wrong with it and proceeded to ring me up I didn’t end up eating the sandwich because I had lost my appetite this isn’t the first time I’ve also seen her give rude attitude to customers and I remember her telling people that they only take online orders when they were CLEARLY open I hope when I come back she isn’t there because no one should have to be scared to...

I have been a customer of this particular Subway location for a while. With that said, this is my first time ordering online and picking it up. Also, a first, I did this at a 'close' to closing time time-frame. If that makes sense. Anyway, I only wanted one line of mayo and one line of mustard. I don't think they paid much attention to the directions inside the options box provided to me by the app. Please, delicatessens, use this as an experience to better yourselves throughout the workday. I truly understand you're tired. We customers have been coming in and out of your store everyday you unlock the doors and allow us to do so. We do this because we love and like what you're serving. Was a decent experience, staff was friendly and efficient, looked to have all the breads available, not sure why the others couldn't get their bread. I also loved the generous portions of meat and cheese, sometimes you get that restaurant that does one scoop of meat and spreads out across the sandwich, I got two full scoops without asking for extra. My main gripe is that the meat was cold when it came to me and it looked like the was frost on the meat containers like they just pulled them from the freezer. I'm guessing the toaster is also set at a low setting because it took longer to toast than I'm used to but the bread was still real soft and lime I said the meat was cold, normally the toaster adds enough heat to it.
