I went here last year and it was a good Subway. It's one of the only places to eat that you can walk to from the hotels nearby. But I tried to go here today and yesterday and both times the door was locked. The first time it had a sign saying "On break, be back in 30 minutes", but it didn't say what time they would be back, so I didn't know how long that sign was there. Was it there for 5 minutes? 45 minutes? I waited over a half and hour and no one came. The sign should have said what time they would be back. And then today I tried to come back again. This time the sign wasn't there, but it was still locked! If there are staffing issues, there should be a sign that says it's closed, or if they're on break, there should be a sign saying what exact time the store will open again, instead of making people assume it's open when it isn't and waiting outside in the cold for long periods of time like I did.
Subway is one of my favorite places to eat, but this Subway is making it impossible to have some of my favorite food. I guess it must hate money then.

Read moreI visited this subway less than 2 weeks ago. The people that owned that franchise location were always taking care of me. Made sure my food was right . It’s been awhile since I’ve been there. I visited that location less than 2 weeks ago I bought a dozen cookies. The lady said she had to call her manager to get permission to bake a dozen cookies. She called her and got permission she baked the cookies. When she took them out the oven I could tell they were over done. I paid for them and took them home. After the cookies cooled they were harder than a rock. I have been calling and visiting that location in person multiple times over these past two weeks. Every time I call this location no one never answers the phone. I call Maria the manager number on the receipt and emailed the email address of hers on the receipt she had never emailed me back or called me back. The staff told me in person they don’t have access to the register only Maria. I left my name and number still no return call.

Read moreThis location has the opportunity to be great, however, not with the woman who I presume is the manager in charge. Myself and 4 of my coworkers went in around 11:45 am and waited about 10 minutes until we were told they were out of bread. They said it would only be about 5 minutes so we decided to wait. The woman working kept making snide remarks under her breath but we ignored it. Another 5 minutes goes by and the same woman tells us we were crazy for waiting because it would be another 20 minutes. We said we'd wait and at that point were essentially told to leave because they were out of bread. Our group of 5 and then 2 other individuals then left. Subway lost 7 customers in a matter of minutes due to the lack of awareness that a Subway located in a busy business park like this should plan to have bread ready during the lunch rush. This is not the first review I've seen about bread not being ready. Please consider bringing in another manager who cares about the success of this location, because the current one does not and it shows greatly. We wont...
