I asked for a simple 12oz hot latte with oat milk and it was almost cold. It was obvious they did make the minimum effort to heat and froth the milk. Then I told her that my coffee was supposed to be hot and she proceeded to put it in the microwave (despite the unfrothed milk) instead of making a new one correctly.
