Chanticlear Pizza — Restaurant in Isanti

I was visiting my dad at his new place he recently moved to, and we decided to go out to eat. I didn't look to see if it was take out only, so we were a little disappointed at first because we wanted to go somewhere to dine in. Apon walking in the smell was amazing so we decided to look over the menu, there's so many delicious options including pasta and a meatball dip with garlic bread. We were debating on maybe going somewhere else for dine in, but a staff member was kind enough to talk with us to see if we had any questions and offered a special not listed on the menu for a large 3 topping pizza that we couldn't pass up. So we went with a hand tossed bacon pieces, garlic chicken, and frickle pickle pizza. The frickle pickle topping is a combination of pickled hot and mild peppers, olives, pickles and more that is only available at Chanticlear's so we had to try it, I would highly recommend it because it adds so many different layers of flavor without going overboard on the toppings. The pizza was very good, I thought it could've been cooked a little less so that the crust would've been softer but it was by no means over cooked or burnt. For it being my first time here, I was impressed with the variety and selection, and I would definitely recommend it. Next time I think I'll try a deep dish...

Lets see....waited an hour for delivery. Which is fine but watched the driver literally drive by my house twice. Called the place. They said they called and left messages. Only vm i have is a 3 second hang up call from 4440008 no i dont want cold pizza now nor am i waiting an hour for it to be remade. What horrible service if u call......leave a voicemail! I would have immediately called back my house.......right on the corner of the street google maps takes u there. Nothing offered to make this right for waiting over and hour for food that i never received horrible and if theyd like proof of no voicemail left ill gladly show them bc that is a flat out lie on the drivers part. I called to place an order while we were on the way, there was this horrible fax sound that was destroying my ears. I was put on hold twice. Once for I dunno why and the second for her to figure out what I was talking about when I told her I had the punch card for $10.99 pizzas. I don't like the smell of the pizza oddly enough, it smelled too meaty which I know is weird to say. We got a pepperoni and extra cheese which tasted fine. It was like a cut above dominos or pizza hut, but Pizza pub and a couple other places are better. The prices are also very expensive unless you have a coupon or special deal.
