Sue at Isanti Floral was the most helpful and accommodating for my last minute flower order and delivery. I had previously tried to have two different arrangements delivered through another florist in Isanti and after two emails stating that they did not have anything in stock I decided to try another florist.

Sue answered the phone and I explained my situation and was understanding if they were not going to be able to make the delivery same day due to time constraints. In the matter of an 8 minute phone call, Sue had suggested a beautiful bouquet of the exact color flowers I wanted, offered to deliver them same day, and processed my payment. I highly recommend using Isanti Floral and Sue for any of your flower needs. She was fantastic and I will definitely use her in the future.

10/10 recommend for any floral needs.

Beautiful arrangement and delivered promptly. They had to substitute one of the filler flowers as they did not have it but this was communicated with me ahead of time and what they chose looked lovely. The only odd thing was that when I placed the order, it asks what you want written on the card and I had entered "Thinking of you today, my sweet friend. I love you!" and signed my name. Instead of writing my message out on a card, they used a card that had a preprinted "Thinking of You" and then with pen, they just wrote "Today, My sweet friend! I love you". It looked a little cheesy and lazy. I guess it's good that they handwrite the messages instead of printing them, but I wish it had all been...

I wanted to get a small gift for someone my husband and I know and we found the website for Isanti Floral. After perusing all their delightful choices, we decided on the Succulent Bowl. I filled out their order form and hit send and then OH NO!! It was going to be delivered to MY HOUSE!!! Oh my goodness, I was so confused. I sent them an email explaining what happened and they fixed me right up. whew The gift was beautiful and perfect and delivered where it was supposed to be (and not my home.. LOL) Thank you Sue!! You are amazing and patient...
