The older gentleman that handles power tools kind of dominated the customer service in the worst possible way. The dog & cat food rewards program is a huge joke!!!! You get told that the next bag is "free" then when you go to get your "free" bag. They tell you that you got the "free" one last time. This happens EVERY time that we're supposed to get the "free" bag. They just lost a long time customer... Not to mention all of the expired bags of pet food that gets left on the shelves months after you tell them that a bag is expired. Horrible...
