It's McDonald's, the food is good.
After posting my review I read some of the other reviews on here. And, I would just like to say that every McDonald's I have ever been to, no matter where it's at are all very consistent in many areas, the food tastes the same no matter what McDonald's you're at and the manager is always willing to correct any problems with your order that may arise. All you have to do is ask. There's no need to get angry or frustrated, they will fix the problem. Having said that please also remember that many people working at McDonald's are entry level employees developing job skills, try to be patient with them. I also noticed someone commented in their review about the nationality of the employee working the drive thru... All I can say to that is, we are a country of immigrants, either we immigrated here, or we descended from someone that immigrated here. I commend anyone, regardless of their nationality, that is making a contribution to the betterment of society. Whether that person is working the drive thru at McDonald's or running a fortune 500 company, every job is necessary.
I've never worked at McDonald's; but, I have eaten at quite a few, and my observation is that the people working there are giving their all. I commend each and every one of them. Do they make mistakes? Will they get your order wrong on occasion? Sure they will, they're human; but, every time my order was wrong I brought it to their attention and they were more than willing to fix whatever the problem was.
So, if your order is wrong or they made a mistake just take a deep breath, don't get angry and let them know, I'm sure they'll fix it. Afterwards try saying thank you, I'm sure they've earned at least that...

My husband stops to get me coffee every day and every day it's different..... even though it's the EXACT SAME ORDER. Don't even get me started on the wait times in the morning. Plan on spending anywhere from 5 - 30 minutes in their drive thru for minimal orders, even if you're the ONLY customer they have at the moment. There's a definite language barrier with the lady who works the drive thru most mornings. They seriously need a complete overhaul of most of their staff. A few of them are nice and try their best to deal with the issues, however I think those issues run MUCH deeper than just management and...

I've had issues here where the person tried to tell me my total was more than what it said on the screen or what it should be according to the menu board. When I've made issue about the discrepancy suddenly the people (more than 1 person tried this w/me) have a hard time understanding the English language so I had to go into the store, more than once, & get the Mgr involved. I told the Mgr how I felt something wasn't right about this, it felt shady. The Mgr corrected the issue but seemed pretty detached from my main concern.... Employee theft. Which left me to feel as if the Mgr might be just as shady. I don't really go there anymore......
