Nancy's Pizza Island Lake — Restaurant in Island Lake

If you want extrememy rude girls go here... I have been a loyal customer for over 5 years. I always get the Rocco's party pizza with added pepperoni. Today I was sent over the edge with customer service.

The Gal answering the phone said Nancy's pizza- hold -click. The least common courtesy you can give me is to ASK me if I can hold not TELL me to do so. I called back several times and was met with the same greeting, even though I butted into her greeting telling her I will not hold, I want to talk to a manager!

The second time this occurred she told me she WAS the manager (She was not) And I told her she had just lost a loyal customer. Would I even take a free deep dish from them? Absolutely not, for fear of them spitting (or something even more gross) in my food.I have had it to my witts end with the customer service and this was not the first or even the third time I was treated with complete disrespect. I hope this review shines some light on their situation with the Management. I also hope your experience is much better if you choose to get food from Nancy's pizza...

Terrible experience! Ordered food for delivery and was told 30 minutes. 1 hour later I called to check on our order. I was told that he would not have told me 30 minutes and the food was in the delivery vehicle. 30 minutes later I called again thinking the driver was lost. He said he would call the driver to check. He called me back and said my order was not with driver and was sitting under the warmer for pick up. Really?! How many times do I have to call until they actually check my order? At this point my 10 year old is starving, so I said go ahead and deliver even if it's been under a warmer for an hour. He then said he was going to charge my credit card for delivery. Where's the customer service? You made a mistake and waiving the delivery charge is the least you could do! I cancelled the order then went to Culvers. The food and service is much better. Do yourself a favor and don't bother ordering from Nancy's! Based on my review and others you may or may not...

Definitely worth trying for pizza & pasta lovers!! We've never had anything that we didn't love from Nancy's!! They have amazing quality regular, thin, & deep-dish pizzas, pastas, and sandwiches. The menu is always current with plenty of different options! The prices may seem a bit more than your usual pizza place, but once you try it you'll understand why. Their ingredients are always very fresh and nothing ever tastes old or greasy, which makes a huge difference in quality. They have a great app with coupons or you can call and ask for a coupon for what you're ordering, that usually tones the price down for us!! Every employee is genuinely nice and ready to help you order or answer any questions! If you pick up your order, you can clearly see the employees making pizzas and how clean the environment is, which is a huge plus! We specifically love the Island...
