We stayed in Island Park last week while visiting YS. We wanted to support the smaller coffee places in Island Park, so we tried out Radu. The atmosphere, being that it is right on the river, is fantastic! The service was good, she was nice. However, the mocha was way too sweet. The syrup tasted like bottled Hershey's chocolate you put in milk or on ice cream. The charge for alternative milk was also $2.50. So by the end, ordering a 16 oz mocha with some add-ons, it cost over $12. Total was $8.21 after tax (before tip) for a 20oz, which was filled to the brim with ice. My best guess is that I probably only got about 12oz of actual coffee. Milk substitutes and syrups were very high too. I respect theyāre out in the middle of nowhere, but Iāve stopped at a lot of rural coffee shops out west & this one was by far the...
