Property is ten star, service is friendly and 5 stars and they have some issues to work out but it’s 100% the most amazing property the lava glitters and the greens stand out like emeralds. The phone gives wrong directions in and mis information. It’s the second round about not the first is blocked off if coming from St. George. 3rd exit off the roundabout and then proceed to building with all the windows that’s the 20th hole. The other restaurant is down the road on the green. Simple menu. Could do better on menu with more delicacies and mini champagne splits. It was the same food at all these courses. Was hoping for more custom eats. They gave simulated golfing in the sports bar. Very dark going in and out of at night. Overall it’s probably the most awesome property open to the public I’ve ever been to and I’ve been to many golf resorts. It feels like an ai post card. Tremendous compliments to the master builder and finance team.

Loved the honey chicken fingers! Soo good. The bread pudding desert is a MUST! The southwest chicken salad was ok. The fried green tomato BLT on chibatta bread was really good, I recommend it. Fun atmosphere, especially if you love to play golf on one of the 5 awesome golf simulators. Super innovative! And TVs all over the walls to watch any game that's on. Full bar too. We spent $100 for 4 of us including tip. Big deep booths can seat 8 comfortably by the floor to ceiling window with stunning views of Red Mountain. Wow! Highly recommend!

This place was so good! We ate here for dinner and had the wings, fish and chips, and the Brioche Bread Pudding. Everything was great but the bread pudding was TO DIE FOR. My husband regretted not ordering one for himself! Overall great experience :)

Worst Dining Experience Ever – Horrible Service and Unprofessional Staff

My husband and I, along with dear friends, came to Black Desert Resort for a weekend getaway filled with golf and relaxation. We decided to dine at 20th Hole on Friday night, and initially, the experience seemed pleasant. The food was good, the drinks were strong, and the server was friendly. But what a nightmare our second visit turned out to be!

On Saturday night, we returned hoping for another enjoyable meal. After being seated, we waited far too long before being greeted by Levi, who would be assisting us. Unfortunately, he seemed completely unprepared and unable to answer simple questions about the menu. When we asked if the nachos had onions and if we could switch the bread on the pastrami sandwich, he didn’t know the answers. He walked away each time to "check," leaving us to wait. Meanwhile, our drinks were nowhere in sight – and I’m being generous by saying we waited 20 minutes. It was actually much longer than that.

Finally, Levi returned with only my drink, offering no apology but instead stating, “your ticket was lost under the printer.” He assured us that the rest of the drinks were being made. More time passed, and still no sign of my husband’s draft beer. At this point, my husband calmly told Levi, “This is just not working out for us tonight, cancel the order, we’re leaving.” Levi, rather than apologizing or offering any solution, insisted, “Didn’t you hear me? Your ticket was lost, they’re working on it now.”

At this point, we had had enough and decided to leave. As we stood to walk out, Levi followed us through the entire dining room, harassing us and saying we weren’t allowed to leave. He accused us of “dine and dashing” – yes, he actually called us thieves! No one at the table had one sip of anything, waiting for the rest of the order to be delivered. I have never been so insulted in my life. Not once did he apologize for the chaos but instead, he insisted on making us feel like criminals.

This entire experience was beyond disappointing, and I would not recommend dining here to anyone. The lack of professionalism, unprepared staff, and complete disregard for customer satisfaction made this one of the worst dining experiences I’ve ever had. Do yourself a favor and avoid 20th Hole at Black Desert Resort.

This experience was so upsetting that it completely ruined our entire three-day stay at the resort. We were so disappointed that we didn't even want to stay through Sunday as planned. Instead, we woke up the next morning and left Black Desert as quickly...
