I have eaten here many times for breakfast on the patio on the water and brought several people as my guests. Each time has been better and better. I always order the eggs benedict. Love it! My guests have loved the yogurt, the crab benedict, and I also love the fresh orange juice. The service has increasingly gotten better and better each visit, which makes me happy to see. I like my guests to be WOWED by the experience here at Black Desert Resort. This is their very first dining experience on property and I want it to be special for them every time. And Latitude wait staff has been so great each time. I love the tranquil lakeside/waterfall ambiance on a beautiful warm morning as the sun resides behind the building still, and you sit there and listen to the cascading waterfalls while gazing at the gorgeous 19th green and jet black ancient lava rock and palm trees swaying. Patio dining here is a statement maker. I love it! As it grows and becomes more well known and popular, I recommend reserving the patio dining along the water. For 2 people, plan on $75 plus tip. It's not a cheap meal (go off property for those), but a meaningful meal with people you care about, and especially those whose first time at Black Desert on your first morning together for breakfast, I always bring them here to Latitude.

Like everyone else has said, the views are fantastic. That’s really the first thing I noticed going in. The service was friendly and our waitress was attentive and cheerful. As far as our breakfast, my husband LOVED his eggs Benedict and breakfast potatoes (he’s a benny fiend and it takes a lot for him to be impressed). My biscuits and gravy were…fine. The were soft but the gravy was broken and needed more sausage for a sausage gravy and lacked some flavor. It wasn’t the worst biscuits and gravy I’ve ever had but it was far from the best either and not worth the high end price tag (if you want a GOOD biscuits and gravy, go to the Biscuit Bus). I’ll definitely be back to try more dishes but my first try was just alright.

The good: beautiful views, excellent service, comfortable seating The inexcusable: I ordered pancakes, which were burned outside and undercooked inside (see picture) My friend ordered biscuits and gravy and the gravy was made with cream instead of milk, which is not the usual way and was not noted. Neither of us finished our food or asked for a box, really was expecting more given the price and location. I recommend Xetava in Kayenta if you're looking for a better food experience. If you just want the view you'll be fine here.

Warm Hospitality, Delicious Breakfast — A Must-Visit in St. George!

If you’re visiting St. George and searching for an excellent breakfast destination for the whole family, I highly recommend Latitude. The atmosphere is inviting and comfortable, and the staff exude genuine warmth and hospitality. I sincerely appreciate Manager Robert for personally stopping by our table to engage in friendly conversation — his kindness added a thoughtful touch to our visit. Special thanks to Chef Oswaldo for preparing such a wonderful meal; the flavors and quality truly stood out. The food is crafted with high-quality ingredients and exceptional care, making every bite a pleasure. Latitude is truly a restaurant worth...
