It was April. The sky was clear in St. George and the temperatures were beginning to rise. Me and my team of adventurers headed to Snow Canyon to enjoy hiking under the punishing sun; a completely normal activity for white people in the West. However, to our pleasant surprise, a little company at the base of Snow Canyon stood ready to relieve our burdens in the form of E-Bikes. We went from fearing the sun harassing us in the Utah desert to saying, “come at me, bro. We’ve got E-Bikes.” Geared with electric energy and a renewed sense of optimism for this activity, we put the throttle down and zoomed into the canyon. When you are on an E-Bike, specifically those from Snow Canyon eBike rentals, it changes the way you see the world. The birds chirped louder, the red rocks beamed brighter, and the sky seemed bluer than before. Joy came into our lives in a way that I can only describe as Rapture-esque. It seemed to us that angels were lining the canyon walls, singing and praising the God of nature. Shelley and Tim were amazing to work with, so professional and friendly, as if we had been life long friends. They took the time to explain and answer our questions, gave us a map and route suggestions, gave us some extra frozen water bottles and sent us on our way!

Only a few minutes into our ride, we were in the middle of the most beautiful scenery of Snow Canyon! Pictures cannot do any justice to this breathtaking place!

It was our first eBike experience and it did not disappoint! The bikes were easy to ride and very stable. We covered so much ground in such a short time with the assisted pedaling and they were ready for more! The ability to change the amount of assisted power needed on the fly made riding for four hours enjoyable and easy!

I cannot say enough about Snow Canyon eBike rentals! Our experience from start to finish was epic! The best part of our short vacation for sure! Cannot wait to come back with the rest of our family.

I was SO grateful to have a bike rental place at the foot of the canyon! This is a home-based business--I'm grateful to be giving my money to a family and not some other place. They accommodated a very last-minute reservation, oriented me to the bike, assured me that I had enough battery power for a four-hour rental, and made it easy to return the bike even if they weren't around. They offer solid bikes (Rad Power) with huge tired and an upright seating posture, which I am sure was easier on my shoulders. I ended up returning the bike after about 2.5 hours because my body was ready to be done riding. Prices were very reasonable. And you can't beat Snow Canyon for a beautiful ride.

I will say that the gravel and sand on West Canyon road is not super friendly to bikes--I slipped on the gravel while braking and went down once, and riding through sand felt like hydroplaning, the way the bike slid around. If I were to rent again, I would stick to...
