Church's Texas Chicken — Restaurant in Jackson

Ok....I go to this Church's chicken all the time without any problems...but, tonight at 9:30pm I had an issue....I had a coupon for a 7 piece with one side and 4 biscuits....as I read the coupon out to the lady on the microphone she cuts me off and yells out What side you want??....I pause for a minute and proceeded to say mashed potatoes....then I told her I wanted to use a second coupon ....she yells out in a rude voice and cutting me off a second time..."you got to have a second person in the car"...I stated yes mama I do....this lady was the worst...after sitting I decided not to order because of the rudeness of this person....as I drove around to exit...the lady was making sure she saw me...she was a young lady with red box braids...SMH...Update...July 31, 2022...I will not be returning to this Church's location anymore and I will be calling the 1-800 number...this time the service was still the same...and the young lady placed my debit card in the bag with my food...lots of wrong g with that...this Church's is indenpandly owned...But that is no excuse for the bad...

When I arrived home about 15 minutes later, ready to eat with my mother, I discovered that my order only included the chicken and biscuit. Additionally, the chicken wings were burned.

I immediately called the restaurant and spoke with Mr. Lewis, the night manager. He told me, “Come by the store and I can replace the mashed potatoes.” I explained that the entire meal needed to be replaced due to the condition of the food.

When I went back to the restaurant, the day manager told me I would need to return during the night manager’s shift. I’ve tried calling multiple times since then, but the phone line appears to be disconnected or not working.

At this point, I’m completely dissatisfied with the service and food quality at this location. I strongly urge other customers to check their orders carefully before leaving...

Service staff is very rude and argumentative. They will let you order the monthly promotion special and when you realize your order isn’t consistent with what’s available through their online ordering services, they will gaslight you and tell you that either the promotion has ended or you have to order it a certain way (even though on their online ordering service it states otherwise). No one wanted to remedy the issue. They were dismissive and flat out RUDE. I’d recommend going to the Church’s Chicken on Freedom Corner. They give you service with a smile, fresh food, and proper communication.
