McDonald’s — Restaurant in Jackson

It's been about a week now from the date this is post d that I went to McDonald's on hwy 18. I ordered Filet O'Fish Meal with fry and drink. I asked for fresh hot fries, salt and ketchup, so I was told to park in the reserve area they would bring my food out. I just looked in bag and didn't see any salt, ketchup any napkins, I mean really they expect you eat with any napkins to wash ur hands and mouth off with. I've worked at several restaurants and I'm pretty sur condiments and napkins were always mandatory. I take the food over to my cousin's house for her child only to be told by her mom the fish had NO CHEESE on it . Now I'm pretty sure this sandwich comes with cheese but yet they gave me none. I tried calling the numbers on the ticket and that's a joke like they are spoof numbers, so I called the 1-800 number and was told I would be contacted by email or text to handle the situation or rectify it with me . I mentioned that another meal made would be fine so I can take to the little girl but I have yet to be contacted or see anything to make up for this. I'm just deeply sadden bcuz our food places seem like they aren't properly ran well enough to make sure they don't have those mistakes as often as they do. I m still waiting on a manager or someone to call me to make this right. If it wasn't that it was for a child I would have probably just let it go but I don't even know if the child ate the sandwich bcuz they are s picky and plus I...

I went to the drive thru just to get a large Fry and 2 strawberry cream cheese pies..I asked for hot and fresh fries no salt..I repeated it again at window to Employees just to get overcooked fries that was warm..I gave them back and ask for fresh fries she pulled me up because I had to wait on fresh fries! Which was nonsense because I was already in line for about 10 min.she could have dropped them on order..I use to work for McDonald's back in the days 2 people wear headsets so when people ask for something fresh it can be ready once they get to window!..Once the MANAGER brought fries out they wasn't filled as a large, it was more like a medium..And the pies were over the time they both were old and not fresh...I said that to say if you dont like what you do go home because somebody else that needs that job and they will probably do a better job at it anyway!..McDonald's on North State st. is nothing like this one ..You all please get better for your customers otherwise, I will keep passing this one up to go North State st....

If I could give 0 stars I would I already didn’t wanna go there because they always mess up my order at night but I went anyways but when I ordered and paid I’m waiting for my food and my husband asks for sweet and sour sauce and the nice young lady at the window says what her manager says which that it was 25 cents and so my husband says you joking right and she asked the manager and she says no so my husband says never mind and the manager says so do they want it and the lady at the window says no and also try’s to get her to do it because it was late and they were closing and the manager yells “It’s not my fault they can’t afford some sauce” and of course I responded back but on top of all that the food sucked I had to force myself to eat because I hadn’t ate all day and I could’ve swore she tried to give us high blood pressure with all the salt put on the fries🤢🤢🤢 never will I go here again that was my...
