Don Carlos — Restaurant in Jackson

I recently dined at Don Carlos and had an experience that was less than ideal. Unfortunately, we found a roach in our meal. When we brought it to the staff’s attention, they apologized and provided a replacement. While I appreciate their prompt response, I was surprised that we still had to pay for the meal despite the incident. Additionally, the ambiance of the restaurant was quite disappointing, with dim lighting and an uninviting atmosphere. I hope the restaurant takes this feedback seriously to improve their quality control and customer service, as well as enhance the overall dining...

This is by far the best Mexican restaurant I have been to, and I grew up in southern California. They obviously care about the food they put out and it really was quality food. Even their margaritas were great quality. Most Mexican restaurants seem to only care about pumping out quick and cheap food to make a buck, but not this place. Again, it's clear that they want to put out good food. Their staff were also tentative and friendly. I will definitely be going back and I highly recommend...

The staff was okay. Not overly friendly but not unfriendly either. So I guess the best way to describe it is unremarkable. Their food is just what I gave the review three star. And I guess to be honest I would describe it as unremarkable. With that being said I will probably eat there again as I'm not sure a single meal is worth a bad review.
