Wings Etc. — Restaurant in Jackson

This is my four time going in two wings Etc. And I have to say it was my worst experience yet for me and my family. My husband order the Bloody mary and it tasted like straight tomato juice sent it back. I got the grilled chicken salad and it tasted like the grill had not been cleaned and my chicken was burnt. It made me throw up in the parking lot. My husband got the phily cheese steak sandwich and he got sick at home as well and my sons got the kids hamburger and his stomach hurt. The waitress did not care that any of are food stated bad or that the drink was bad to. I am sorry but I will not be going be to this location at all in the future . And yes I have been to Gordon Ramsey Pub and grill in Las Vegas thank you for your info. And I didn't Cuss at the manager or the waitress I said this is freaking ridiculous as I was walking out the door where I was standing u where at the Register already with my husband not even near me. The waitress didn't even take off the bad drink thank you get your facts straight. And I won't be back. You made my family sick. And this location has gotten more than one bad review goes to show the food is not...

Went on lunch with some co-workers since it’s close and we get an hour for lunch. It was fairly busy, as to be expected the day after a holiday. Got seated close to the bar, someone immediately took our drink order. Drinks came out, then we sat there for 20 minutes watching as who we thought our server kept avoiding our table. A co-worker got up and went to the bar and asked if someone could take our order. The guy behind the bar said absolutely. Then we wait another 10 minutes for him to come to our table. At this point we were highly debating on leaving cash for our drinks and leaving as our lunch break was dwindling down. Our server apologized and said there was a server mix up and that they had a 9 top come in. Understandable, it happens. Ordered our food and waited another 20 minutes. A large party was sat near us and they were attended to immediately. Got their orders and food so much quicker than we did, and there were 3 of us. That was what was very frustrating. We also had to track down our server to pay. I’ve worked in service, so I understand how it can be; but a 3 top is just as...

I am a restuarant manager, so whenever I go out to eat I judge service the way I coach my waitstaff. It was a bit of a rough start. Im guessing she may have been stretched a bit thin. It was a late greet and felt rushed when she did make it over to us. Some time passes and something went wrong with our order. We waited a long time for our food. The manager was very generous and took it off our bill. I really appreciate that. It's been a rough couple of days and we had just come from a viewing. The server was very nice and sincere. She took responsibility wholeheartedly instead of blaming the kitchen. She was very attentive and kept us updated. The manager ran out the food himself and also apologized. It was honestly a really great experience.

The food was worth the wait. The server made sure we had full drinks and all enjoyed our meal. She stayed present in case we needed anything. 100% recovery on what I had assumed had been a rough start. Kudos to your...
