Long John Silver's - CLOSED (TL38846) — Restaurant in Jackson

This LJS is combined with a Taco Bell so the combination of smells emanating from the kitchen can be confusing to the senses. The cashier was polite and took my order promptly. However there was a long delay in getting my Fish and Shrimp combo. This gave me time to examine the restaurant. I noticed a number of tables that were dirty. The floor was also extremely sticky.

After seeing two people get their fish order before me even though they ordered after, I asked about mine. Apparently, the order was "cleared out" before it was filled. For compensation they gave me an extra fish fillet.

I took the order back to my hotel and ate it in my room. The following is likely the doing of corporate rather than this individual store. The thick fillets are apparently a thing of the past. These fillets were thinly sliced and heavy on the batter. The shrimp were also overly battered. The slaw and hush puppies seemed to be what I remembered.

Overall this was disappointing. I don't have an LJS near me so it has been a long time since I dined at one. I don't think I will bother with LJS...

Came through 35 Jeffersonville went to Long Johns/taco bell spent over 30.00 and we didn't get fries said was out, didn't get hushpuppies because they were out. Ordered a combo of chicken and a platter of fish and shrimp 2 different meals both in same box. Wass told that we would get extra chicken and fish because no fries no hush puppies , didnt get and my son went inside to get our drinks and our food missing. I was at taco bell/ long John silvers store #035884. I ordered a 3pc fish dinner with sweet tea. Order paid, when try to get drink, there was no sweet tea on floor, or behind counter. I asked were they going to make more, they said no. I had to cancelled my order and left store unsatisfied. Hearing 2 other customers complain on not having some sauce, and drive thru incomplete, or wrong order made me not want to stop here anymore. I’m a long haul truck driver that just wanted to sit down to enjoy a meal of my liking, and to order, which wasn’t done here...
