McDonald's — Restaurant in Jackson

I used to love going to McDonald's, but not anymore. Now I hate it whenever my kids say they want to eat here. It's because of this exact location Hwy 80 in Jackson. Every time I've gone in the past I would end up disappointed. I remember going most nights because my kids love McDonald's happy meals. Well when you pull up there's always a long line at the drive thru. Sometimes after waiting almost 45 minutes, which is actually the longest time we've had to wait. Before we even had a chance to order. I'm usually hungry as well by the time we actually order. They ask me what I want, and I tell them my order. They trust my order back to me. Then I proceed to pay for my order, which is most of the time between 45-60 dollars. I usually check my food because I'm spending a lot of money. Most of the time when I get to the window I'm already ready to go, and mad because I had to sit in the drive thru forever. So I tend to forget every now and then to check the huge bag of food they hand you. My order seems to always have an issue. Like the fries not being fresh, sloppy made burgers, forgetting to honor special requests, and flat drinks. After waiting so long to finally get my food I usually just take my loss. Only because I refuse to wait another half hour for them to remake my food. I wasted so much money on McDonald's late nights. Nowadays McDonald's is my last choice, but if I do eat it I go to any other location except Hwy 80 Jackson. It has the worst food, service, atmosphere, and experience I've seen in...

I go to McDonald’s every morning and order the same thing let’s get that established first. This morning on the 24th of April around 7:45, I place my order in the drive through as I do everyday. First, what I ordered doesn’t show on the screen but no problem I know the price so I continue to the window where the young lady is stuffing money in her bra. Then she tells me 4.91 for a sausage mcgriller and a hash brown which for the past year are so it has been a little over a dollar less that price. So I tell her to cancel my order and she states just give her 4.00 and she will pay the rest. If I could give it zero stars I would I went threw drive threw to get my son a happy meal since he has been in hospital in Jackson for a week the first lady at drive threw was so sweet but at the second window I had told the lady I order a sweet tea instead of coke and she says with a additude thats not what my order says so I ask can I buy a small sweet tea and she gave me a messed up look like my question was just going to hurt her to get a sweet tea so I just left get to hospital that is not 2mins up the road my sons food was cold and no apple slices nor sweet and sour which I had order with the happy meal for him and the ticket for my order was blank due to no printer ink so I knew going back would be a waste of time I wouldn't recommend this...
