Papa Johns Pizza — Restaurant in Jackson

I hadn't been to PapaJohn's in years. Then they came out with the new bites and my husband got some and enjoyed them. So, the game was last night and we ordered a party tray of wings from Wingstop and I decided to give PapaJohn another try. I ordered a extra large with 3 toppings for almost $30. It was $27.81. Once I made it home and looked at the pizza. I suddenly remembered, why I prefer Pizza Hut or Domino's and why I DO NOT fool with PapaJohn!. I don't mind paying for what I want but I want to walk away satisfied as well. The pizza was nothing but bread, sauce, & cheese 🧀. You would think 3 toppings would consist of some kind of meat but I promise you it didn't. It was "barely"any meat on that pizza. I was truly disgusted. I shared with friends/family that's why I do not give my business to PapaJohn. They are pricey but barely properly serve their clients. I will not ever waste my time nor money with this...

Terrible customer service 😡

We ordered online, ordered two large specialty pizzas for $12 each. We ordered this the last time, but this time they delivered 2 PAN/MEDIUM pizzas but still charged us for the $12 large price. We called to get our order corrected, and they kept saying it was our fault and that WE were the ones that selected pan pizzas and then said they didnt do specialty pizzas today. If your store doesn't do specialty pizzas, then your website should reflect that. That's not on us, that's on them. They still kept persisting that it was our end that made the mistake, and it wasn't till we were getting angry on the phone that they said the best they could offer is 50% off our next order. REALLY??? We should be getting the actual order you charged us for for free and then the discount on our next order...if we even use that same store ever again. Major thumbs...

Pizza tracker doesn't work. Ordered a $45 meal for delivery. I noticed right away the pizza tracker does not reflect "preparing", "baking", etc. So I call...

Fairly friendly rep says oh yes sir we've got the order. Great thanks!

45 minutes later... Tracker is still unchanged. My wife calls. This time the rep was grouchy, saying "I just told someone about this order it's coming". Well that someone was me and it was 40 minutes ago.

A few minutes later, The tracker blinks "delivered". It was not yet. I'm not sure if this is something they are trying to do to help their speed stats or whatever?

Ultimately we got our order 50 minutes after placing, little frustration, perhaps some skewing of their times, any bit of an attitude from an operator. Decent...
