Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Jackson

I placed my order online through their website. The Board man Rd location was the only choice. A few minutes later I received a call saying my address was out of their delivery area. Using Google Maps that is 2.3 miles at the lowest and 2.9 miles at the highest. I was told that I would have to order from the Prospect store (2.2 on the lowest 2.4 on the highest). My card was charged, so I have to wait up to forty-eight hours the manager said before I use those funds. So I call the Prospect store... since I couldn't change the store location online. So I called the Prospect store... It took ten minutes placing my order! I was told fifty minutes on delivery time. After an hour I call the store asking for an ETA. I was told that the order was on its way. About five minutes later I get a call from that manager. He said the driver couldn't find the address. He (driver) is back at the store. The manager would have to send the driver back out. The manager then placed me on hold for about six minutes afterwards he said the driver was on his way. Over twenty minutes later the driver arrives. Nearly double the time I was told. The food is cold to lukewarm, what I do eat is isn't that tasty/good. Not very pleased with how this has gone. So I have tried to call the manager a few times, no one is answering my calls. What ever happened to PROACTIVE...

This store is particularly, Extremely stengy with the toppings on their pizza's. When I order a pepperoni/bacon pizza, I want to see more than 1 pepperoni on each slice and at least a fair amount of bacon but this store doesn't do that. They give you as less as possible and that's one of the problems. The pizza is undercooked sometimes, when you try to bite the chicken it's hard like gristle(not appealing)The food overall is okay but only okay.. but the food is definitely not good/tasty enough to get away with shorting people on the toppings we pay for. It's like I'm eating sauce and bread because there are bearly any toppings on the pizza. I let it slide the first time but everytime I order it seems to be the same( barely any toppings). I've called and sent complaints and nothing has been done. Not speaking for all pizzahut stores, only this one. Its To the point that I will not order here again. I get more toppings with little...

I received a free coupon for a messed up or back in July of 2024 from the owner 3 times I have tried to use it. I keep getting the run around about using it. I g w t told they can't do it right now come back in a hour or 2 cause they don't have something for what my coupon is for. 3 different times I wasted time and gas driving to the restaurant to use the free big dinner box letter I got. They simply keep turning me away. I'm done with pizza hut it's ridiculous the 3 times I went they were not busy and there was no reason the couldn't take my order and for the troubles and inconvenience offer to deliver it gor me but don't.
