If I could give zero stars, that's what I would do. The local Sonic franchise ownership CLEARLY cares nothing about it's employees or it's quality. They're just taking in their money. DO NOT use Jackson Sonics. Here's why: Mobile ordering from the app will be ignored and you'll fight to get the items you paid for. Staff does NOT care. If you're lucky enough to be served (drive thru, most likely), you'll drive away to discover most of your order is wrong. If you attempt to correct, it's highly unlikely anyone will speak to you. No matter what you're ordering, if you're in a stall you'll wait at least 20 minutes.... More if it's several items. The largest portion of the staff is rude, has no interest in doing the job, doesn't care if the work is right. All of this had been experienced at no less than three Jackson stores (Vann Drive, Chloe place, University Parkway). We really liked the half price drinks with the app and would utilize on the way to/from work, while out on weekends, etc. After having nightmare experiences at one, we started going to another, then another. Now we've quit trying. When visiting family outside of TN, we've had better luck. So I would say it's certainly a lack of leadership and values with the ownership. Prices are too high for the low quality of food that is offered. The black girl with long braided hair in the drive through spends more time playing, joking around and laughing when customers order rather than doing her job. A customer in front of me in line had an issue and their order and instead of fixing the order, the same girl with braided hair, was rude, disrespectful and said its nothing she could do. Read moreThis use to be my favorite sonic. But they seem to only answer the stalls where the drive thru is. And use the one set of stalls for parking. We pressed the button and waited 5 minutes before we decided we might as well go through the drive thru. And then once we got up to the speaker to order no one never answered and said be with you in a minute. It took at least 10 minutes before someone took our order. When we got around to the window we found out that they only like to have 2 cars at the drive thru window at a time before and won't take your order until there is only one car at the drive thru.
