Well first and foremost i felt very uncomfortable just walking in the door. My family and I pulled up to get our pick up order which we had placed online. Curbside closed at 7pm so I walked in to get our order and was greeted with 6 people who seemed to be management or bystanders staring at me. One man spoke and said "Hello, how are you?". I said "fine", and proceeded to the counter where 4ladies were standing around. One was making sandwiches and I assumed none of them spoke english. I'm a very nice individual and hate being looked at as if I'm in the wrong. They finally said the order was ready but was confused on which one was mine. The drinks, chips, and cookies were not given. I had to ask for them.... then the lady at the counter which had came back and forth from the back to lobby was asking me did I need anything else like I was the problem. Several people kept walking in from outside and weren't ordering anything. Then to top it off when I opened my sandwich 🥪 it was old and musty looking like why does my sandwich look like dog food. I've been eating subway for years and I always get the chicken bacon ranch and it's strips of grilled chicken today I received what looked like mince meat. Yall just don't go here. We got to the topping station and the lady just did a hand gesture to my sandwich, i asked "what does that mean? What do i want on my sandwich" and she replied with a quick "yes" like i was dumb.. Oh i'm sorry i didn't take subway 101 and i don't know what your RUDE HAND GESTURE meant. As she was putting on my topping she was so distracted talking to the other employees about their paychecks and other regards that should be discussed off the clock, one of the employees was even on her phone. Read moreThey did a good job given the circumstances. We were traveling with our church group (50 ladies) in a big passenger bus. We stopped at Subway for everyone to be able to choose the food of their liking. The two employees in the store were able to fill our orders with no confusion or problems. The only disadvantage was the fountain drink machine was broken, and the people ordering combos were not able to get the drink that came with the combo. The drinks in the cooler were $2.19 each on top of the price of the combo. Obviously, with 50 people ordering up to $10 each, our bill was close to $500. For the most part, it was a good...
