New Wok — Restaurant in Jacksonville Beach

I ordered 2 orders of the General Tso chicken, when I walked in the person at the front repeated my order as 2 orders of orange chicken. I respectfully corrected them, hoping maybe my order and someone else's were mixed up, i then was confronted by someone in a very demeaning tone that i did in fact order orange chicken, except I don't like orange chicken, its never even a thought in my mind. As far as Chinese goes, General Tso is about all I do. The short haired lady was so rude to me, basically saying it was my fault, and there was no way in hell she could have made the mistake. Whatever happened to the customer always being right? She should have apologized and got to woken' on my General Tso. She was honestly one of the rudest people I've ever dealt with in food service industry. Once my order was corrected it was good, I've enjoyed this place before but I don't think they will ever have my business ever again. be careful what you order because its your fault if they mess it...

I have been ordering from here for many years and have always been happy with the food. Last nights order did not taste as good as usual. What really upset me was that after I paid I asked the girl for a small cup of sweet & sour sauce for my egg rolls. She said it would be .15 cents. I have no problem paying the .15 but I did not have any change on me so she did not give it to me. Very poor service to loose a customer over a cup of sauce.

They did not loose me. We have returned. In revision to this review, I have ordered to go from there many more times with no issues and the food has been excellent. I guess they were just having...

I called in after 5P, and the young lady, so very sweet, took her time to answer my 1K Q's regarding my order options while she was still answering to other calls/pick up orders! I don't eat pork -- had to be sure I ordered correctly for my rice and roll! The food was delicious, fresh, and perfectly portioned! I will definitely eat here again! I added hot mustard, their hot sauce, and duck sauce -- my preference!! Adding a pic, yet I had already added sauces and ate a broccoli.....
