The closest Applebee's to my home is a 20 minute drive. I was able to walk a short distance from the Hampton Inn where I'm staying. But there's plenty of parking if you're driving.

The curbside pickup is on the west side of the building.

I was seated immediately by the hostess at a booth which I requested. The server was friendly, polite, and professional and took my order a short while after I was seated.

When I ordered the Strawberry Margarita, I did not expect a super big one. I could actually taste the Malibu Rum in it. The picture looked refreshing and it was. The server also brought a large glass of ice water, as some margaritas can be super sweet. Although I like a more tequila in my margaritas, this was refreshing and the coconut flavor popped.

My huge Oriental Chicken Salad with crispy chicken was delicious and they didn't skimp on the dressing. It was served with a hot, buttery, herb breadstick which was a nice touch. I do miss the mandarin oranges the salad used to come with decades ago. I left with enough salad to be served as a side with another meal.

When I arrived, the restaurant was moderately full. When I left, the place was packed.

The reason I knocked a star off was that the leatherette seat of the booth was cracked and peeling and should be replaced. And, there was something about the size of a dime and orange stuck to the table.

Otherwise, I thoroughly enjoyed my dining experience...

Food was way over seasoned. They now have very small servings compared to last year and their service seems to be new as all of the waitresses seemed to be confused. It was my husbands birthday and hed forgotten until I was putting the money in the ticket holder and hed grabbed his money out of his pocket. While we argued who was going to pay he sat his cash down and we decided to 50/50 it so he'd shut up. Unfortunately he left his $20 bill on the table (tip was in the ticket holder) and he hurriedly callled the restaurant to explain. THe restaurant told him theyd found no $20 bill and hung up. So he called AGAIN, he asked the person who answered the phone where she looked, she said looked where for what? He said my $20, where di you look for it? Her response was oh, where were you sitting and we will call you back. He explained where we had been sitting and who our waitress was and gave her our number. We have yet to hear back. As a tip: Dont order the boneless buffalo wings, they now bury them under this nasty powder and it tastes horrible. Go for a different appetizer. Thank goodness Quincy's Applebees is still...

We normally love to go to Applebee's at least once a month but this time the food was horrible we got there at 9 about an hour before they close are Hostess or the lady sat us was wonderful and very knowledgeable but the waitress was even better if she was pregnant and tried her best to make the best of a bad situation as our food was cold and undercooked my well done steak was raw basically my nephew has really good thing I'm going to see how that she thinks I had an appetizer were not cooked all the way as they were in a hurry and my noodles are the same way by macaroni and cheese and bacon is Italy cold noodles in the Middle with some cheese thrown on top. Do I just try to make the best of it but no one Alessandra Cara and it's like they were busy there was only one of her Tables by Jess we will not be going back to the shop or relocation again which is sad cuz that's one we visited the most but after that horrible experience we won't be again. I wish I could remember our servers name but unfortunately I cannot she was the best part...

My husband and I had our ten year anniversary and we decided to get dinner from Applebee's on August 18th. He ordered a burger specifically stating no pink and an order of fries . I had the salmon and mashed potatoes and broccoli. The first thing was the food wasn't hot at all . The second thing was as soon as he bit into the burger it was really rare and had bled on the bun and wasn't cooked all the way through . He did end up pitching it . My broccoli was cold and my mashed potatoes were old and probably down to the bottom of the heated pan in the warmer they were in because they were brown and crispy and there was other food in them that should have not been in there . It was quite disgusting. The meal cost at about $40 and wasn't good at all. There was nothing remarkable about this meal and nothing that tasted right. We probably would have been better off going to McDonald's as it's pretty much the same quality . This food was unserveable . I will never go here again. Poor quality , slow service and cold food

We were staying in Jacksonville for the night. Applebee's was convenient to our hotel. It was mid-week and not busy. We were greeted right away, but there was a very funny, unappetizing smell, like dead seafood, permeating the entire place. Other than that, the place seemed clean, though well used. The waitress was nice. We ordered the 2 for $30 6 oz top sirloin dinners. Got our salads right away. Bowls filled to the top with iceberg lettuce, chopped tomatoes, shredded cheese, and croutons (house salad). My husband said his tasted like soap. The steaks were tender with good portions of potatoes and fresh broccoli. I had to give an overall of 3 stars due to the bad smell of the place. It did affect my meal a bit. This is my honest review. I'll also show pics of the menu we had for the last week of June 2023.
