Buffalo Wild Wings — Restaurant in Jacksonville

This place is bipolar. Sometimes (very few in comparison) they are on time with pickup. Other times, like today, they are not. My partner placed an order in the app for a 7:30 pickup. I get there, and am told it's not ready. That's fine, so I'm standing there waiting, 10, 15 minutes pass by, other people are coming in to get their orders. I finally ask after another 5 minutes of waiting what the expected time would be (as it's already past the pick up time selected of 7:30. )

After a couple of minutes, a kitchen employee comes out, and goes to pick up the receipt at the front desk. She looks it over and is talking to the front desk worker and then finally comes to me to say, after all of this time (an hour since the order was placed, now) that they just now saw honey garlic on the order and that they needed to call to see what I wanted to substitute it with. This tells me that they didn't have the order in the back since she had to grab it from the front desk and were trying to save face saying they just didn't have a sauce, which they just now noticed said. I just told them to cancel the whole ticket and left.

Will not be going back as there are more issues than positive...

The manager who was on duty January 28,2024 at 5:58PM is grossly incompetent and should be terminated. I ordered a house sample and submitted a request for bone in wings instead of traditional. I had to wait on hold for 10 minutes so a waiter can go get the manager. Instead of the manager picking up the phone- the waiter came back 10 minutes later, apologized for my wait and told me the manager said she cannot change my order and I will have to reorder on DoorDash. DD does not allow for one to select bone in wings which is why I called in. Instead of complying with my request like the numerous other waiters & managers at this location and other locations she proceeded to argue with me for another 5 minutes saying that it’s impossible & that people DoorDash traditional wings on house samples all the time. She lied- it’s impossible to select bone in wings on DoorDash AND you can not submit commentary asking for the substitute. So, not only is she unprofessional, & combative she’s dishonest. As a manager you should be skilled at meaningful customer interactions and she is not. She’s grossly incompetent and albeit a liability to the company. Promote the waiter who answered the...

When I walked in, I wasn't greeted with courtesy, I had to basically flag down my servers, when I did go in there. Not only that, but my table was always sticky, there was trash everywhere, and on a couple of occasions, I've seen roaches running along the floor and wall, and I just left. Almost all of the food I ate there, I ended up in the toilet minutes after I got home. With that being said, dine at your own discretion. Also, if you go there, and you think about hitting them up after, don't do it. Most of those girls use you for what they can, get the tip from you, and go home. They're just nice to you, so they can get more of a tip from you. I had a girlfriend that works up there, and she's told me the horror stories about how women flirt with the men, because they're pretty and they know they can. The management staff isn't very nice either. I had a verbal confrontation from a woman that must not have very much control in her own home, because she was rude to me when I went up there on several occasions. I digress, the food is trash, the service is trashier, and the servers, well they get paid to flirt. That's all I gotta say about that. Enjoy the rest...
