Arby's — Restaurant in Jacksonville

I would like to give this places a negative 5 stars but google won't let me. By far the worst customer service I've ever seen. I ordered 2 half pound French dips and the bottom of the bag and the box's they came in where drenched in Greece. The frys were stone cold. Then after hanging me my order I still had to ask for my ajaus and the kids that where working here where more Interested in playing around batting around a blown up rubber glove then dealing with customers I had to ask for help 3 times after I had come back in to complain about my order and nobody seemed to care to even listen it's like oh we already helped you sir so we don't have to help you anymore you're not a paying customer any more so I would strongly recommend finding out out who these kids are that are working here and getting them replaced because they don't seem to care and management for them don't seem to do anything either I will not be stoping here again. And to make matters worse the people that were handling the food were not wearing gloves and we're not wearing hair nets or face masks at all so I will also be notifying the health department about...

I haven’t been to an Arby’s in years and I’m not sure if this is a regular occurrence. I stopped at this arby’s to get my grandfather who has dementia and arbys classic roast beef sandwich. When I was a child my grandfather would take me to lunch at Arbys weekly. That became our thing. Since the dementia, my grandfather often forgets who I am so on this visit I wanted to bring something to remind him of our good times together. I sat in the drive thru at the speaker for 15 minutes waiting for someone to speak. I finally had to park and go inside, meanwhile the drive thru now has 7 cars waiting for service and literally no one is working the drive thru. I go inside and wait in line behind the only other customer. The cashier was very friendly and sweet however she rang in the wrong sandwich. With the food, I had zero complaints. It was served at proper temperature and was tasty. What I did have a problem with was the cleanliness of the store. The brushed steel kick plates along the bottom of every front counter were nasty. They haven’t been cleaned in quite some time. There was something nasty looking on the floor between the counter that the soft drink dispenser sat on and the trash can. It could have easily been there for months or even longer. Also the food safety inspection score was not posted conspicuously in plain view of the customers. Employees were generally busy but certainly not with any cleaning tasks.
