If I could give this restaurant -0 stars I would. Me and my fellow nursing co-workers went there for lunch on 6/12/2018 I purchased the Jerk Chicken meal. When the cashier showed us the food it appeared to be just fine. However, once we made it back to work to sit down and eat was a different story. After eating the rice i began to cut into my chicken and my worst fears were now a reality. MAGGOTS came out of my chicken.. not one or two.. atleast 10-15 that i could count in that moment. I was in such disgust.... I have eaten from this restaurant multiple times.. even taking my leftovers to my 3year old at times. I am to say the least terribly disappointed and traumatized by this event. I took the food back to the restaurant and the owner attempted to take the food from me and my receipt to leave me with no evidence. She did refund my money However she did not attempt to apologize (Although no apology on GODS green earth could suffice for this disgrace) or explain. She asked me to leave the restaurant because others wanted to see the food. I have reported the restaurant to the dept. of health and i have posted the video on my facebook page (Keondra A. White) for Public Awareness this is a HEAVY WARNING.... DO NOT... I REPEAT.... DO NOT EAT FROM THIS PLACE... this is sad and sickening. After doing further investigating and reading the Health Inspection report from April 2018 it is noted that the restaurant was cited multiple times for unsafe food temperature. THIS PLACE NEEDS TO BE SHUT DOWN IMMEDIATELY. Read moreI called on a Sunday gave my order to a young lady over the phone and she rudely hang up in my face.When I got there the 3 girls told me no one answered no phone.I showed them their phone number in my phone where I had called.I then recognized the young lady voice whom was in the front of me and she is an American Black female young girl,Maybe 20 or so.She started arguing with me a first time customer passing through Jacksonville coming from Miami going to Georgia. My first visit.I then ask for the price for the oats,She told me she only been there a few months and she doesn't know the price of the oats.....Then I asked for a manager. Im so glad and happy I didn'T return the 4 plates of Curry chicken.It is one of the BEST CURRY CHICKEN I HAD EVER TASTED IN MY 60 YEARS HERE ON EARTH..

Read moreCalled in an order for my lunch break. The lady who answered the phone was pushy, rude, and impolite. I maintained kindness although that’s not what I was receiving. She asked if I were paying over the phone, I told her I’d pay in person. She said rudely that pick up orders have to be paid over the phone (so why give me an option if there’s only 1 option. Apparently giving herself another opportunity to be rude) She got my credit card number wrong because the entire time I was reading the numbers off to her she was too busy rushing me through them to listen to what I was saying. So I ended up having to reread them to her a second time. I had a question about stewed fish, apparently that annoyed her. I ordered at 12:21, when we got there to pick it up at 12:54 she said it would be 30 more minutes. When we were discussing if we should just cancel the order she interjected and said “there’s no refunds” which she never mentioned when she took the order. If a pick up order is going to take an hour and you don’t offer refunds then you should mention that after taking the order that it will take an hour and then ask if the customer would still like to proceed with the order. You don’t take someone’s money and then force them to give you an hour of their time. The amount of time it took wouldn’t have been so bad had I also not been met with...
