Burger King — Restaurant in Jacksonville

You tell me how you would feel if you were waiting at the speaker for nearly a minute in a hurricane with the window down calling out to a speaker without anyone responding to or greeting you. thinking it’s close since no one else is in line or has been, you drive up to the window to find a group of kids chatting and fumbling to out on a headset. Now covered/sheltered from the rain and gusts at the window, you ask to order there instead of at the menu exposed to the wind and rain of a hurricane to be met with these 5 words: “you can drive back around,” which she then repeats in response to (1) the hurricane and (2) uncovered speaker, (3) how soaked I already was from sitting there with my window down (4) calling out without a response for a minute, and (5) there being no one else in line the entire time. Me, well I think whomever is responsible for hiring, training and quality control should be fired along with every person working there this evening. It’s bad enough to be rude, slow, horribly prepares, and unapologetic, but this was a next level lack of humanity in my opinion. I hate giving bad reviews. I don’t like Karens. I rated this location with only 2 stars because of the poor customer service I witnessed with a customer before me and to the fact that after charging me extra for adding cheese to my burgers and then not putting it on my food or the mayo I requested. Especially since I walk everywhere and I'd already walked all the way home before I realized my disappointment in my order being completely disregarded, smh. As for the poor customer service I mentioned. One of the workers was completely rude to the man before me and then was using profanity in an unprofessional manner after the man had left to take his business elsewhere. Not that I blame him at all. I, myself, haven't returned since. Even tho it's the closest and only accessible Burger King in my area that I can logically reach walking. I really feel like it was kinda generous even giving them 2 stars especially with the bathrooms being locked and them always shutting the ice cream machine down at around 6pm/7pm just so they can clean it way before closing time. So yeah with all that being said I'm not sure when or if I'll be returning...

My visit to this location was absolutely horrible. Our order was $50. They forgot one of our burgers. When my sons girlfriend went inside to get it the response was terrible and wien she left without the sandwich, the manager and what appeared to be every employee in the place followed her to our car and proceeded to jump my son. With at least 3 guys beating him and when I tried to get between them to try and stop the whole thing one of them shoved me . I am a 54 year old white woman and I have never , in my whole life seen, heard or even imagined that something like this could happen. All we could do to stop it was run. I left there with my car damaged my son's phone stolen, and my son's leg broken. I have called repeatedly and gotten no answer. I have left messages for the manager with no response. I don't intend to just let this go because they could and probably will do this again. All I can say is...STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE IF YOU WANT TO KEEP YOUR...
