Placed a delivery order through their website. Didn't say doordash or any other delivery service specifically. Was told the order would be here by 7:07 pm. 2 of us in the house can't eat after 7:30. I understand things happen. When I called to find out where they were, around 7:25, I was told it was sitting there. I told them I ordered through the website for delivery. The woman asked me which delivery site I used. I said none. It was your website. Then she stumbled on words and finally said she had someone to deliver it. This is less than 2 miles away. By 8, the food still isn't here. She again told me that he'd left and , get this... told me to Be Patient!!! Didn't apologize, didn't offer any explanation, just told me to be patient and not worry about it. Rudely. The food was awful. No one enjoyed it. 2 of us got sick. General Tso chicken tasted like sweet and sour. I ordered vegetable lo mein. I had 2 snow peas, 2 onions, 1 tiny piece of zucchini, and that was it. 2 orders of pork fried rice had barely any pork. So I ask to order small sesame seed chicken and rice. She said these no small you can get combination or large. We exchange words I just leave because I just want the sauce don’t need all that food. Then I came back to just get the sauce and walked out! Some guy comes to my job arguing with me about the sauce! Read moreDramatic decline in quality. I live just five minutes away and have been coming here for years. The food used to be very good. However, after not ordering for several months, I recently placed an order for my usual dishes—and was extremely disappointed. The quality has plummeted.
The seafood was inedible, and I was mistakenly given four egg rolls instead of two—and charged for all four. At over $2 each, that’s just ridiculous. The hot and spicy beef, once one of my favorites, is now mostly white onions with just a few strips of beef. The large shrimp lo mein is now half the size it used to be.
I ended up paying $50 for food that was mediocre at best. To make matters worse, my wife experienced diarrhea after eating their fried rice.
