Church's Texas Chicken — Restaurant in Jacksonville

Honestly the food is great, I have always loved Church’s. I was just really disappointed by the customer service. I ordered online so that they could package everything up beforehand in hopes they would get everything from my order. That didn’t happen. I ordered some pies when I got there so I knew I would have to wait longer. I was missing an order of jalepeno bombers and biscuits so I told the drive thru person what I was missing, he told me it should all be in there. I told him it wasn’t and that I had checked. He went into the kitchen and handed me two additional boxes. I asked just to confirm that he gave me the biscuits, jalepeno bombers, and pies. He said, “you were missing biscuits too?” I replied and said yes and he went to grab them. I could hear the front cashier frustratedly saying to him, “they’re in her damn bag!” He brought the biscuits to me and I left. I get sometimes things get missed, but to get upset about me missing items is dumb. Just give me what I ordered the first time and you wouldn’t have...

Spent $44.00 to feed 4 people. That's was okay. But did not get all that was ordered. When I called to let them know that some of the meat was over cooked or old, and there was items missing... I was told by the manager that she packed the order and everything was in there.... She told me I would have to bring the food back. I have worked fast food half my life and better than half of that time I worked in a chicken joint ..... I know bad chicken. I'm the type I don't usually complain but I was so disappointed in the food.... Then the manager true to make me feel as if I'm trying to get free food. I don't do that. I quarantee that my hard earned money will not go into Churches chickens pockets again. I will also let other's know not to go there. It's a shame how bad they have allowed the quality of food to slide. ...

So I went here knowing they're slow on serving but wanted to please my kids and had to wait 23 mins on the window. First she forgot me and let me hanging on the microphone and I have to say hellloo??? Then she reply laughing like they were joking and I don't mind people having a good time at work but hey, customers come first, so I placed my order and when I moved forward the customer before me was still waiting!! Ok at this point I just wanted to leave and when I finally get home they forgot my biscuits, the most important thing for my kids!! Omg was a terrible experience. One time before that they were slow and I had to wait on the parking but that time the girl was really nice and she make sure that I have my order complete and fresh biscuits.
