Long review but very outstanding service... We almost always have great service and food, even when they're busy! But this Sunday one of the employees, who I believe was a manager, went out of her way to make my daughter's birthday. We ordered a personalized cake online ( which I now would NOT recommend, call the store and place the order!) When we went to pick it up, the lobby was closed because they were short staffed and said to go through the drive through. I started to worry... So we went through the drive through and explained what I ordered online and was asked to pull around next to the window. The wonderful women, who's name I unfortunately didn't get, came out to our car and informed us that the online cake orders are sent to a Springfield store who was supposed to relay the order to them. My daughter's cake never got made.🤦🏼♀️ Just when we said nevermind about picking out some random ice cream cake, she asks my now 4 Year old if she wanted a cake for her birthday. My daughter screamed YES! with excitement. The amazing woman went back inside the store and gave us a beautiful cake that said happy birthday and the colors even happened to go with her birthday theme! Like I said, I always have great service here, but on October 2nd she went above and beyond. Even when they were short staffed!!

Read moreFrom my wife yesterday Sat Mar 7, 2021: Talk about poor customer service! I took my grandsons to get icecream on the way home. I ordered a sm blizzard, sm van cone and med twist cone. So they hand me the blizzard and i'm waiting for my cones while one employee is eating a vanilla cone and another is eating a twist cone. One of which took my money and should know what I'm waiting on. Some guy (i guess manager) comes to the window and asks me what I'm waiting on. I say the 2 cones your employees are eating. They starts laughing and walk off. No apology or trying to make it right, if it was a mistake. "Manager" in a lame attempt to make it right, hands me two coupons for a free sundae with their $6 meal. Read moreMy family live quite close and are frequent customers. Last summer; great food customer service. This year so far we have not yet had an order that was 100% satisfactory. Something was either incorrect, made wrong or just completely a different item. My family if 4 often order blizzards with additional toppings/candy, which we are happy to pay for. There appears to be no system for how to charge for this as I am never charged the same thing twice I have also not yet had a blizzard that had the extra toppings. Actually they aren’t even satisfactory for regular ordered blizzards. Toppings in the first 1/3, cup All vanilla ice cream in the rest. This isn’t an isolated incident.
