Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Jacksonville

I ordered an ultimate hut bundle for 29.15 from them today. Ask for thin crust and when I got one of the pizzas you could barely bite into it. Ask for another one and was treated rudely by the manager. I was told I would have to pay for it. I would suggest no in town ever order from them again. Oh and when I complained they told me I could never buy from them again and would block my number. lol Guess what, I would never spend a dime with them again anyway. I suggest they hire people that know how to handle customer complaints. They need to look up customer satisfaction as they have zero. I guess when you complain you are being rude.I guess you are rude when you ask for something you paid for. Well don’t sell a crappy pizza then Pizza Hut. Should have stayed with Leo’s pizza anyway. They are the best in town and always treat you nice. So whoever is the owner better train your people to treat customers nicer and make a decent pizza. You just lost friends and family business. Hope lots of people read this and it will save them time and money getting bad food!! Oh and they threatened to call the police on me. Well funny thing is I had a friend pick it up as I was not able at that time. I only requested a replacement so I could eat it. How childish Mr Manager even the police wouldn't have been able to eat the pizza. I would have gladly shown them what you served as a pizza. The evidence is saved because no one can even bite into it without chipping a tooth. Lesson learned about Pizza Hut! The gentleman that answered the phone was very polite. When I hung up, I was confident that my order would be correct. The food was delivered and it was PERFECT. It is very rare that everything you order is not only correct but tastes and looks perfect. The best thing about this though, is the delivery driver was AMAZING! She was very friendly. I wasn't in the best mood when she showed up. She managed to change that in just a few minutes. I can't remember her name but I will definitely...

Common sense is gone, pulled up to drive thru a few minutes after our order was supposed to be ready, told they had an issue and it would be 10 minutes or so. Paid for pizza, and then came back 10 min later and was told our food was cold and they had to cook it again and it would be another 10 min. Huh?? Where the hell did the order go? ...
