First time at this location. Used to work for Little Caesars in STL, was my first job, but these teens were definitely not trained on customer service. When asking if they had certain items that werenât shown on the menu, they just automatically rang it up. I had to clarify multiple times that I just asked if they had that item, but they responded with, âdo you want it or not?â Not knowing what toppings Iâd want or anything. The communication was definitely off. So, I ordered a pretzel pizza and a Detroit style pizza. Once I got home, pretzel pizza wasnât even cut and they sprinkled the salt all over the pizza not even on the crust. Tried to cut it, but after the first bite I was already grossed out by the saltiness. Then tried the deep dish, the middle was doughy and the sauce didnât taste like their signature sauce. Itâs like they added too much water or something to it, wasnât right at all. Iâm never going back to this location, it was just awful all around. Parking lots so tight, almost had drivers hit me the entire time I was there. Once I got to the drive thru window, had to wait over 10min for someone to come to the window just for them to ask me what I ordered. Then after repeating my order, they had me pay and send me to park at the front of the building just to wait 10 more minutes.    Read moreI ordered a large meat pizza ($9), also a large cheese pizza ($5) and a order of buffalo ceaser wings($6.50,and 8 wings for that amount). My total was $22.14 and I gave them $30.15 (A TWENTY AND A TEN DOLLAR BILL AND FIFTEEN CENT'S) and she then closed the window and never came back with my change or receipt, which was okay because I figured she would have gave it to me with my pizza. After we waited over 30 minutes to finally get our pizza and wings. She then closed the window after handing me my pizzas and wings. Luckly I remembered I didn't get a receipt or my change which should have been $8.01. so I tapped on the window and asked her for it and she said I already gave it to you, which she did not. So then she said okay hang on a second in a very rude manner, then closed the window in my face. Then it took her at the least another 15 minutes before she finally came back with my change and receipt. She handed it to me and closed the window. she didn't say thank you or apologize for the mishap. Then I get home and my pizzas weren't even sliced. And the wings are tiny! Every time I've been there, they stand around talking and act like silly little kids, and nothing gets done. My pizza last night was made so horribly. I ordered a deep dish mushroom pizza. The sauce was piled in the middle only, as though they just slapped it together. There was so much cheese... TOO MUCH cheese! I wish this would allow me to post a photo. There was so much cheese that most of it didn't melt in the oven and it's about 1 inch thick. Add that to no sauce except the flop of it in the center of both pizzas, and it's absolutely disgusting (I say "both" because the deep dish is actually 2 small pizzas side by side).
