We order from Dominoās all the time, and usually itās really good. Sometimes, thereās mistakes but we look past them and we are usually credited anyway. We ordered two pizzas and two coca colas - we received only one coca cola, initially. As the delivery driver was bringing back our sodas, we noticed one of our pizzas was made incorrectly - it was supposed to be a thin crust pepperoni with salami. There was no salami. We tried to call the store twice, but there was no answer both times. When the delivery driver came back with our second soda, we told him about our pizza being made incorrectly and he said he will call the store so we can get a replacement pizza. The driver comes back, the person on the phone (possibly manager or supervisor) was not only yelling at him on the phone accusing him of messing up, but also demanded for us to bring the pizza to the driver that way he can see if there wasnāt salami on it, which was strange to us because it felt as though they were accusing us of lying to them. So we bring the pizza to the driver, and he confirms to the manager or supervisor it was made incorrectly. The manager yells back and says, āwell all we can do is give a store credit because we are 2.5 hours behind on deliveries,ā like it was somehow our fault they were behind on deliveries. Iām sorry, but let me tell yāall something - youāre 2.5 hours behind on deliveries because you are not cross-checking your orders, not answering your store phone, and delivering terrible customer service in the process. Iām a manager in the service industry, and everything that we are taught not to do was exhibited by store management. And because I know what it feels like to be in service and to lead a team, I usually give leniency for mistakes or mess ups. But when managers or supervisors are literally screaming at their employees and accusing their customers of being liars, a line must be drawn. I felt for our driver, he probably walked out the store being handed the wrong order, and he tried to make the moment right for us, which is more than what the manager did. Iām usually not one to write negative reviews, but this experience took the cake to that extent. We will not be ordering from here again, and we order from here a lot. And not only will we not be ordering again, word about this experience will get out there. And based on many reviews on here, it seems Iām not alone. I understand times are rough right now for many in the service industry, but tonightās experience was unacceptable and even downright embarrassing. And when you have management that clearly doesnāt respect you, what you do, or your self-worth, mistakes are bound to be made. Thank you for trying to make the moment right, William. We hope new management is found soon for...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreOk, so...I LOVE Dominoes Pizza. Out of all of the pizza chains that deliver to me, they sure definitely my favorite. Because of their loyalty program, I also tend to order quite frequently. However, lately, their food and customer service seems to have taken a turn for the worst. Despite the fact that there are CLEAR instructions on how to correctly locate my residence, my food was delivered to my neighbor. I immediately called the restaurant and made contact with Anessa who identified herself as a supervisor, and let her know that the dominoes driver left my road but didn't deliver my order. She said she would check with her driver but that she highly doubts telling the truth because the delivery driver she had that evening was her "most senior driver" and "if he says he delivered your order, I trust that he delivered your order Upon investigation, I figured out that it was delivered to my neighbor whose address number is posted right on their house. So, Anessa FINALLY agreed to remake the order. When we finally received it, it was missing an entire order of wings, and the Pizza was missing half of its crust. The wings also barely had any sauce. Some of the wings weren't even sauced at all. When I called back to let her know that my order was unsatisfactory, she proceeded to argue with me and tell me that she already remade my order once and that she wasn't going to keep remaking it over and over. I asked who I was speaking to and when she told me her name was Anessa, I said "Oh you're the one who was so rude to me last time..." she responses by saying "ok. Great. So what else do you want from me?"
Honestly, I could hardly believe how I was being spoken to. It made me never want to go back there... which stinks because I love Dominoes food when it's made...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI went to pick up my order (that was already paid for) and the store was busy when I arrived, so I was asked to wait (totally fine). I waited over 10 min while watching the 2 ladies box and assemble pizzas and I was the only one in the store with them. I then offered to just grab my order (that was clearly sitting there) and the younger lady told me that I had to wait as I wasn't allowed back and they were very busy.....had a lot of attitude. I told her that I understood and she then offered to throw my pizza away and cancel the order if I wanted that. I told her I didn't want the attitude and did want my pizzas. I asked for her boss and she told me that she was the boss....but never gave me her name and admitted she didn't own the store (clearly not the boss) She then told me she was calling the police as she didn't have time for this. Fortunately the other lady could recognize the craziness of the situation and handed me the pizzas that were finished and paid for. So I left with this pizzas (paid for) while she was calling the police on me but will never go back as this is no way to treat a long time customer of this franchise. Looking at the other reviews, it seems that service is of little importance here so I'm not going to waste my time chasing down the owner or corporate to make it right but I do hope they read this. Please avoid if possible! Oh.....the pizza was room temperature at best when we got it home so couldn't even salvage a 2 star...
