I go here often and I've always had very good service and often drive away with a happy word between staff and i....I.....
Well today.....the absolute, and beyond belief opposite. First at call box, the attendant kept screeching at me, apparently could not hear me, but instead saying,would scream...."what'd you say", in a chalkboard on nails screech. Every single thing I said I had repeat, and I never increased volume, I believe it was a "paying attention" problem. So no total given, get to window, know approximately, hand her $5.... with her back to me she says price, and then starts talking co worker, gets distracted with making change, is having some kind melt down and I just keep hearing her say....whipped cream (I didn't order so wasn't for me) she hands me change, still back to me, just haphazard hand well communicating others in store, then says, oh and throws my donut at me and says ok, and starts shut window, I still have coffee coming and I begin saying, excuse me, I have a coffee....and slam ....window in face. Now I just yell excuse me, so she knows i have question....and yup, there she is, I CAn see her watching me, ignoring, I finally wave arms (because I have ZERO knowledge from her throwing donut, slamming window, if coffee coming or not, was just iced coffee, didn't require much, most often get with donut, ........finally she opens window, screams what? .. I say I still have coffee, and she yells and I mean YELLS, "she's making it", as I sit ahgast at such abusiveness, she slams window in face again and again as I am speaking. Someone else brings me my coffee, I say thank you and I say that girl needs an attitude adjustment. I can't remember last time I FELT ABUSED by a customer service person and I'm never rude to workers, I except same respect. That girl zero respect for me, herself or her position. It was between 1/1:30 today, and she had her hair dyed red and crazy long nails.
I hope a manager sees this review and helps that poor child because she's got lot years left to work,I know she can do better than that behavior, but not unless someone tells her it us unacceptable.
Abuse should have ZERO tolerance in every way. I'd not expect you to allow me to be abusive toward staff, I'd hope same respect granted the customers. It was intense.

Read moreI come to this Dunkin' Donuts 4 to 5 times a week never have I ever been treated so poorly, I do not believe I will return back to this location i will take the extra drive to another location!!!! . I went through the drive-thru this morning ordered my usual bacon egg and cheese bagel with cream cheese on each side of the bagel. I pull thru after receiving my order double check things and the order is wrong. I park my car go inside explain to the lady with the pink hair what's happen and she says oh whats the problem. I said ma'am my order is wrong and explained it to her the 2nd time and she still wasn't understanding why my order was wrong she goes to the back comes back ask for the bag I give her the bag she goes back to the back and I go and sit to wait patiently. After sitting for a while the lady with the pink hair kept staring at me rolling her eyes at me so at this point I'm getting a little upset so I continue to sit waiting for my food they never bring it out to me finally another young lady who knew i was a regular ask me what I'm waiting for I stand up walk to tell her and there all talking looks around and realized I never received my fresh order back I still receive no apology in regards to what just happen. So i asked u mean to tell me you have to make it all over again. So i ask for a refund and the lady starts my refund needs my debit card i stated i didn't have it I have to walk to the car so I go get my card come back and I go to put my card in and I ask is the full refund of the food She says yes I tell her the food that was ordered and she fixes it to add the remaing food as she wasn't refunding all the food for me. So while she is finishing the refund I tell her I would not had a problem if she was standing here rolling her eyes at me as if i wasn't a paying customer I have never had anyone from dunkin treat me this away. Ordered food realized hush browns were cold, came back around(drive thru) informed her food was cold, looked at me as if I said something wrong she just made them she yelled well touch it I said n left not even 45sec ago , she grabbed the food and slammed the window called the other person that was inside no worries about the food just need my refund she said ok She (original person)came back with the food I just, need a fund ! Why? I just made them, couldn’t believe I was being talked to that way, She was at some point recording saying , I’m recording u too (this is narrated without cursed words from her, didn’t curse once ), her friend was right next to her laughing while she was recording , she has me on her phone I held my phone so the person I was talking to could see she was actually recording me . I was on the phone with someone who heard most, called the police then canceled I thought it wasn’t something police could have help me with She finally refunded ( while I was talking to the police) I was never treated that way at any fast food in my life.. I feel so disrespected, I am still shaky.
