First and foremost, I did not want to pick a star. Because you all don't deserve. Not even one star, not even a 1/2 a star. I came to your restaurant here on lane avenue A few weeks ago and I got the 2 cheeseburger meal for $5.99 When I got home there was no cheese on my burgers. I asked for no ketchup they had ketchup splattered all over the burger. As for extra pickle, I didn't get no pickles. I didn't even get the mustard. It was just 2 pieces of meat and bread and nasty ketchup. So I worked late yesterday. I didn't feel like cooking. I came by again cause I worked down lane Avenue and I got the 2 cheeseburger meal with no ketchup, no mustard. I told them they didn't put the cheese on it last time. Could they please put it on this time? And then. I ordered 2 chicken wraps by themselves. A spicy and a ranch. Then I got a text message. Somebody wanted something to eat. They wanted to eat. They wanted the 2 chicken wrap meal. So I got that for them. A spicy and a honey mustard. So the chickens were cold like they were sitting for a long. The burger looked like they took their hand and just push down on it on the top of it. The cheese was not even melted. The burgers were still cold. It was just a terrible experience once again. I stopped coming to get your breakfast because they would have a attitude when I would ask for a folded egg. I usually go through the drive through so I went inside both times yesterday and the time for my breakfast and they were nasty. They slammed my egg on my sandwich. I didn't complain. I didn't say nothing but now. I am. Because this is the third time they did this to me. And when I went to give my order yesterday which was 9 13 24. The cashier very rude attitude.Attitude attitude unacceptable.I asked her for some Mayonnaise packets.She only gives me 2.That might be your policy.That might not.I asked for extra Mayonnaise package.She walked away from me so a lady came From the back of the store, I guess she's a manager. She had on a blue-collar shirt. I asked her for 4 more packs of Mayonnaise. She had a straight attitude. No one greeted me when I walked in. She didn't ask me if she wanted if I wanted to take my order or whatever. I will never come back here again. And I will never recommend you'll to anybody again. And I will be calling corporate because I am tired of going to places where I'm being treated wrong and I'm studying my hard-working. Earn money you'll have a job to do do your job. Unless you're paying them to be nasty. No one was smiling, but they were smiling at each other. And while I was standing there waiting on my food, somebody brought their order back in from the drive through and was complaining about that. So if I find Corpus' number, they will get a call from me and like I said, you all don't deserve a 1/2 a star. This is absolutely ridiculous. They need customer service training. Read moreI went there Sunday morning and asked for my fried egg to be cook fresh on the grill. When I received my food the eggs was so hard and so old that the yolk was turning orange the cheese wouldn’t even melt. I politely asked for a refund…. Well the General Manager Feliche Harris came to the window yelling and pleading “Ma’am I just put that on the grill I promise I promise!” It was really weird and spooked and creeped me out. Well I let her know the condition of the egg she then became extremely angry and started fussing. She snatched my bag and slung it. Slammed the window in my face. She then opened the window back I told her she was being extremely unprofessional…per usual… she told me I needed to go to tge Hardee’s on commonwealth. I told her she really needed training on being professional. Apparently that really set her off she became even more angry slammed the window in my face and would not give me my refund receipt. Upon reviewing my bank account I realized not only did she not refund me my money.. she charged me for the exact same transaction again. Something really needs to be done about her not only is she rude to customers, she’s always yelling like a bully to the staff. I was going to go to the Whataburger minutes away but chose Hardee's as it was getting later and I just wanted a good meal. I'm sorry but it was just plain gross, the meat was dry, Luke warm and probably sat for hours under a heat lamp. The cashier took my order incorrectly so my food didn't get cheese instead of just my daughter's, I couldn't even get her to eat hers, thank goodness for the sodas. There's a barcode 5568132218519 wanting me to sign up for rewards but honestly it will be a reward if I can keep this meal down tonight. I'm sorry to give such a poor review, I honestly try to find something positive about any experience, but there just isn't one for this. I just wish I had saved my money and drove a little further, sadly I probably could have gone to McDonald's or Krystals and done better than the stale school lunch burgers I had to call dinner tonight.
