KFC — Restaurant in Jacksonville

This is consistently the worse KFC I've had the displeasure of visiting. Today is the THIRD screw up on a simple 8 piece chicken only on-line order. Apparently the associates failed the second grade miserably. How hard is it to COUNT TO EIGHT? Believe it or not you can do it on your fingers. I received 6 pieces, and no thighs, sadly THATS WHAT I WAS LOOKING FORWARD TO EATING. In addition, the chicken is darker than usual, with the taste and texture of old chicken.

Luckily I was only shorted pieces twice, the other major mistake was when the associate decided that I should have a different flavor chicken than what I ordered. I phoned the restaurant (if you can call it that), and spoke with an apparently inept manager (Juanita), and her response was classic: "Well I just got here, so I not responsible."

Here's a suggestion, CLEAN HOUSE and hire people who actually care about their employment and the company, rather than standing around playing with their phones. Don't worry this location will never see me again, unless y the corporation does some...

Well we decided to get kfc tonight bad decision the first kfc the women where just ugly and rude and so we left and went to another trying again 😂 ha placed order had to pull up to wait for food we waited about 10 minutes for this fresh food 😂 that was fine fresh food is good ya feel me all we ordered was 2 for 3 chicken littles and Georgia gold sandwich with no pickles 🥒soooooooo being that we had to wait we didn't second guess to check.. that's our fault 🤦🏾‍♀️but to get home and have this disgusting hard sandwich with plenty of pickles 🥒 was just the last penny on the dollar ya feel me🤬🤣 I threw my receipt out the window while waiting for the food I had to kill a bug that flew in the window with it while waiting so I can't even take it back 🤷🏾‍♀️ well I could but I don't have time to go back and fourth about a receipt so I'll write this instead 🖕🏾I will never return to that...

Restaurant was deserted when we arrived, girl at register ignored our presence when we stood at the counter and kept her head down whilst counting some cash, manager who was also counting cash in nearby stock room also ignored us. Then a few minutes later girl at drive through asked us what we wanted whilst she stood at the drive through window with her back turned to us, in fact through the whole transaction she had her back to us whilst stood at the drive through window, then got snippy with us because we had to shout our order across the room. We ate our dried up old chicken off a table we had to clean off ourselves, whilst our feet were stuck on a goopy mess on the what we assumed was a floor under all the debris.
