9/11/24 Let me begin by saying that when a customer calls to speak with a manager, one is expected to hear a person at the end of the other line, not a fax machine - that goes for on here as well. With that said...
When a customer says, "These fries are cold. Can I have a hot one, please?" An appropriate response should be, "I am so sorry! Let me go get you a hot one." However, today, I ordered on the app and live down the street. When I arrived, I opened the bag to be sure the fries were hot. They were already cold. I kindly asked the young lady, working the drive-thru, for some hot french fries because mine were already cold. She started to argue wth me that they were hot. I told her that I felt them and they weren't and to please make me a fresh one. She huffed and asked me to pull forward. When she arrived at my car with the fries, she just stood there in the rain and did nothing to get my attention when I realized she was standing there - hopefully, not for long. She gave me the bag - it was piping hot, and she said nothing and then just walked away. When I returned home, after 5 minutes, the fries were still hot. At this point, it didn't matter that I requested one of the burgers without sauce. Read moreWhen attempting to place my order, there was a lot of difficulty in trying to place the order because the restaurant was out of a lot of items we wanted to order. Once I completed my order, there was a car in front of me that was having some car issues. I did not want to get close in the event that the car broke down. There were two cars in front of me and they were both asked to pull forward. There was not enough space for me to pull forward to the window, so I was waiting patiently. Several employees stuck there head out of the window and finally the manager, Edward, who was not wearing a name tag, said either I can pull up to help with his time or I could get out of his line. He claimed to be the current manager on duty. I proceeded to explain to him that it was not enough space for me and to simply have the two other cars pull up so that I could properly be in the window to "adjust his timing". That was the most egregious interaction that I have ever had at such establishment. He did not care to listen to my concerns about how closely parked the other cars were even after I asked him to have the other cars pull up so there could be room for me to pull my truck up. Read moreEat here just because it's on my way to work but The food quality has been declining over the past year since they let BJ the manager go. He kept that place in order. The new management sucks and they don't follow through on anything. I complained about getting a biscuit a few months ago that had everything in it wrong, The ingredients were from 2 different sandwiches. I was told by the store manager over the phone it would be made right and coupons would be sent to me in the mail. I did not ask for coupons or need them. I want my food I pay my money for to be made right! I keep getting the wrong food in my bag. I do not write reviews much but this is all I can take from this place. Today (May 01 2015) I ordered a mile high biscuit and got a bacon egg and cheese, I know this because there was only one piece on bacon on it. If you order a 2.99 sandwich then you expect one. The drive through people are great to talk to but it does not make up for quality of food. The biscuits are flat and torn when assembled.
