Krystal — Restaurant in Jacksonville

So over it. I give the money to the employee at the window, she takes it and gives me back my change.Then proceeds to hand me my drink and tells me to kindly pull around to the other side of the building. She told us she would bring our food out to us in just a minute. Okay Ma'am, I say to her and do as she instructed. Which I didn't understand why she asked us to, because there wasn't a line of people in front of us or on the other side of the building waiting for orders. So we wait..... And wait. My husband gets out after some time of us waiting and goes to the building but the lobby is locked. He waits there, motioning to get the attention of an employee. At last an employee comes over and lets him come inside. My husband comes back to our vehicle and tells me that she said that the order was pushed off screen! Our order was wrong but my husband didn't want to wait even longer for it to be remade. As you can see from the attached photo, we placed our order at 12:34 PM and we didn't receive it until 12:56PM. I love Krystal's food. However the service at this location is consistently bad. The ability to please your customers seems to escape them. Times when I think I would like a Krystal burger becomes less and less because of...

Fast forward 2 years later (see below previous review) Still horrible customer service there were 2 people that I could see working the entire time so a long wait is somewhat understandable. However I had 3 separate orders for me and 2 of my coworkers he took one order and I got it in about 14 mins. Then he proceeded to take a drive through order complete it and take my second order same thing for my last order. I was inside for over 30 mins. I had time to look around while I was there a decided to add pictures this time. I fw Krystal’s heavy they just need proper management and a course in customers service.

Sat in the Drive-Thru for over 20 minutes while four different employees came outside then a lady from inside put a sign on the menu saying you have to order at the window. Worst theft of productivity I've ever seen I'm sure crystals is losing a lot of money over...

I'm giving this a one star but not just for this location but for the three different Krystal's locations in my area. Off main street, the one off Merrill, and the one down King's Rd. I've gone to each of these locations with the same issue. I go through the drive through order the number for bacon double Krystal and ask for no pickles and no mustard. Each time they miss it, even after I tell them when I get to the window, "did you get the order right", they say yes and they still mess it up and have to do it again. They are very friendly but they can't seem to make a change to the standard order. I had just recently started trying to make Krystal a restaurant I could patronize. Maybe what I ask for is not allowed I'm not sure but they have ruined my Krystal experience and I will not be going back to any...
